• if youre UK customer dont waste your time on it.their are arbitrage setting is for US only for example the betting options isnt the same name would you risk them if you are not sure for just 3% other than that bookies can cancel you bet anytime or limit you let say if you place bet an arbitrage was success on bookies A but bookies B is have a limit then youre basically cooked.

• Couldnt even make an account their website was glitchy and barely worked apparently because i signed in a week ago and then used a different email to create one paid account it instantly banned me but still tried to charge me (for a free trial?) and the customer service was useless. Would not recommend

• I was charged $199 for a month on one of their plans even though I had already cancelled my subscription. When I reached out to customer service they tried to act like it was my fault. They seem to be super dishonest and could care less about anything other than their bottom line. Stay away!!

• They have only one guy to make every story. Same guy name Randall is telling ur stories on ur email that he was a teacher and now earning thousands with Oddsjam. Same guy is your personal coaching Manager same guy is at customer support ignoring you and Abusing you when you find a fault in their system. They dont update in real time. I used it for one month. Never got a chance to place a single arbitrage bet. Even I am using Pre-market odds but whenever i place one bet other Bet on other bookie is already changed or never there. its Some AI shit just to show u and robb u. Yes arbitrage does exist but they dont offer. Worst customer support. Worst Company. Owner has bad records hes a coke Addict. Only 2 employes in the company Randall and the owner. Stay Away. Find another company.
