Zero Stars - Terrible Experience with OddsJam Especially with Customer Service
- I wish I could give OddsJam zero stars because my experience with them has been nothing short of awful. The platform itself might have some potential but any positive aspects are completely overshadowed by the abysmal customer service.The Head of Customer Success Randall Knaak is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Instead of helping resolve issues or providing support he was dismissive unprofessional and downright rude. It’s baffling how someone in a customer-facing role could have such a poor attitude and lack of empathy. His approach to customer service is the exact opposite of what you’d expect from someone in his position.I reached out with a legitimate concern hoping for assistance but instead I was met with condescension and zero willingness to help. It’s clear that OddsJam doesn’t value its customers or prioritize their satisfaction.Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are far better platforms out there that actually care about their users. OddsJam and particularly Randall Knaak have a lot to learn about basic customer service and respect.

I’m very disappointed with OddsJam
- I’m very disappointed with OddsJam. First the platform’s services constantly lag making it incredibly frustrating to use. It’s hard to trust something so unreliable when timing is critical in sports betting.But the real kicker was when they charged me even after I canceled my subscription. I expected better customer service and transparency but instead I’ve been left chasing a refund. I cannot recommend this service to anyone unless they seriously improve their performance and billing practices.

- Dont go anywhere near oddsjam except for bonus conversions. The other tools and information are way overrated for the price and more of a gimmick. If you are like me the worst part is you will be limited to under $50 bets messing with there tools.
