Unreliable withdrawal process and vague customer support
- I received an email from OneDun Casino on 30 June 2025 asking me to provide my bank details to complete a withdrawal. I submitted everything immediately and correctly. Its now 4 July and my withdrawal has still not been processed.I contacted live chat support several times. The only response Iâve received is that Im âin a live queueâ and that it depends on the workload of their finance department. No timeframe is provided no accountability and certainly no transparency. They promise to follow up but nothing happens. This leaves me feeling frustrated and ignored.Ive kept the email and can provide screenshots if needed.Honestly if a platform cant uphold basic withdrawal procedures or communicate clearly it raises serious concerns. I will not be playing here again â and I caution others to think twice.Update: its now 7 July and I still have not received payment.Update: its 9 July and theyve finally paid - this comes down to 8 business days.

- This casino site is a joke and a scam... I withdrew money on 28-4-2025 and still to this date Im waiting for the money. And the funny part is Im VIP and they have faster withdrawals. Imagine you are no vip how long you have to wait for your money. 9-5-2025: Still no money... You need to verify your account again although itâs just sending a screenshot of your last deposit and within an hour your account is re-verified and wait for your money to arrive for a long time. - I really enjoy the casino overall â the games are fun and the customer service has been great. However the biggest downside for me is the withdrawal process. Ive been waiting four days now for my withdrawal to be processed which is quite disappointing. If withdrawals were quicker I definitely wouldâve given a higher rating. Hoping to see improvements in this area soon.Update: received the funds after a week.

- My partner is trying to self exclude from this casino and being offered bonuses to stay from johnathan. I advised johnathan I would take this further as my parnter does not want to use the site and he keeps emailing him and wont let him self exclude. This is a violation of his rights as a consumer and a company that is evil and praying on people who have addictions and wont let them quit.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!In response to your reply:Your managers are not trained properly if thats the case. Asking to self exclude can only mean one thing and that is that you no longer wish to play. This is not an excuse for a sales pitch or to prey on someones addictions and send not only one but 6 emails in response to his asking him if theres anything that he can do to make him stay and offering him bonuses. Just like in any case No means No.You need to investigate the protocol of your company clearly either that or your morality standards are through the floor and you are only considering income and from the lowest means possible which is preying on people with addictions.
