• I give these guys a try and luck would have it I won. But after not being paid by a few other casinos including being screwed for 500$ by scrooge whos trust pilot rating is way too high I was weary of being able to actually get my winnings. I had misspelled my address and a couple of more issues arose and their customer service helped me through the entire process. • Terrible customer service I won and it took forever to verify my account. Then when I finally got it verified and tried to withdraw I got denied and that admittedly was my fault I didnt see the withdrawal cap at the time. The problem is that when I went to log in to correct the withdrawal (which was $20 over and said to just submit a new request for $180) I got a message saying that I wasnt allowed to log in. Now theyre trying to say their security team is reviewing my account all of a sudden they refuse to give me a straight answer. Im still currently waiting for a supervisor who I wouldnt doubt wont ever respond.
