I went up in £5 increments all the way past £80 but every single time they refused my withdrawal.There was no clear explanation just vague messages and when I tried to get help I was met with an unhelpful AI chatbot that didn’t understand my complaint. • By far the worst experience Ive ever had with customer services they suspended my account after I won a decent amount of money then asked for proof of id and address I sent it them then it was a bank statement I sent it then they asked for proof of income so I sent it then I messaged again in a couple of days for update they asked me to send them the same things again this happened about 6 times then they after a week I got told everything was verified and my account would be activated again and I messaged them the next day to see why it was still suspended and they told me my account is under review I have to wait for them to contact me this has been going on for over 2 weeks I strongly recommend not joining this site
