• I played blackjack and managed to get £5 up. When I tried to withdraw my winnings I was told I couldn’t because they were “looking after my money” and that it was “safe in their account.”Confused I played again and got up to £10 – same issue. Thinking maybe it was a minimum withdrawal issue I kept playing only using my winnings. I went up in £5 increments all the way past £80 but every single time they refused my withdrawal.There was no clear explanation just vague messages and when I tried to get help I was met with an unhelpful AI chatbot that didn’t understand my complaint. No option to speak to a human support agent or file a proper complaint.This is unacceptable. If you can’t withdraw your winnings what’s the point of playing with real money? • By far the worst experience Ive ever had with customer services they suspended my account after I won a decent amount of money then asked for proof of id and address I sent it them then it was a bank statement I sent it then they asked for proof of income so I sent it then I messaged again in a couple of days for update they asked me to send them the same things again this happened about 6 times then they after a week I got told everything was verified and my account would be activated again and I messaged them the next day to see why it was still suspended and they told me my account is under review I have to wait for them to contact me this has been going on for over 2 weeks I strongly recommend not joining this site

Extremely poor customer service

Absolute Rubbish

• Their 0800 number is inactive. Their ask paddypower on twitters last messages are from April 2013. I was told by the chatbot assistant that I was permanently self excluded in June 2016 three days ago today they said it was July 2017 at 04:30 hours. GAMSTOP told me my self-exclusion was from the 31st August 2028 ending on the 1st September 2023. However William Hills and Ladbrokes have seen proof and their safer gambling agents called me before re-activating my accounts however the group that owns paddypower including skybet and several other operators are of no help whatsoever. Despite me receiving an email from Gamstop confirming my self-exclusion has been removed
