• After playing through a promotion I went to cash out. I was asked to verify my identity and I did. I was then asked to make a deposit to verify my Bitcoin address and I did. My withdrawal was then pending. From my deposit I won and made another withdrawal total withdrawal amount of $460 USD. my winnings of $400 was then taken from me under claims of having multiple accounts and using multiple promotions both of the statements not being true.
