• Awful site withdrew 800 days ago and had nothing but issues trying to get my funds! Still waiting now. Was initially asked for photo I’d to verify which I sent! And was told wasn’t a problem on live chat and that it had been accepted. I then received a email asking for further verification which was no issue I sent over a council tax bill along with both bank cards on the account I was told they could not open my documents even tho ugh they were sent the same way as previously. The customer service is horrific! After Re sending them in a different file format I was then told this wasn’t enough and they wanted me to provide a photo of me standing holding my I’d which I have done so I was then asked to send them a copy of my bank statement which I then went online and sent to them. I now receive another email 3 days after making my initial request to withdraw to be told that they did not accept any of my documents that I had sent as they were blurry. They were not. They would not accept a screen shot of my bank statement which I had not done so I sent them a full statement. Also was previously told that my documents were fine and have screen shots of this from live chat!
