• Pinnacle/PS3838 voided my fully settled winning bet (play 100eur Win €27.30) after 1 hour citing an “incorrect line”. Odds of 1.273 on an Over‑3 Asian Handicap were perfectly normal given the situation (match was end 3‑2). They void only when bettors win—no fairness. I closed my account. No chance to get your money back if you win they just want you to loose. CHEATER

• Been on Pinnacle for a while and while the odds are top tier the platform itself lacks polish. The bet slip is clunky and navigating different markets can be slow. No issues with deposits or payouts though and you can bet big without getting flagged. • I am a refugee from Ukraine and I really need any funds. I was sure that the funds (1700 euros) that I have in my pinnacle account (account number DP1693367) are securely protected and I will be able to withdraw them at any time. I havent logged into my account for almost a year but then it turned out that it was blocked. I asked what the reason was and they just said they were following their rules and they blocked my account and refused to refund my funds. To all my requests to clarify what I have violated they simply say that they follow their own rules according to which they can block the account and withdraw funds from it. Never do you hear - never play in this rotten bookmaker. I am now left without funds in a difficult life situation because of these cheaters!!!

• Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years... deposited 8k and they asked for source of funds documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasnt good enough. They asked for my dads bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!!
