• Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a casino! I won 50 fs in a promo 6 days back and forth the manager hasnt looked you have to wait in a queue day 7 receive an email stating all I needed to do to get the fs was to verify my account 9 day in still getting the same BS story about the manager for a measly 50 free spins considering I have deposited there shouldnt be a situation! Still doing promos daily how many people are being screwed around absolute joke.You have to figure out the conversion yourself before using a bonus or they tell you no its .....$ minimum in Euro not the currency you have it set to .Dont give you what you win or honour promo competitions

• Going VIP is worthwhile highly responsive personal manager with extra perks and cash back always on time. Ive been able to rack some pretty big wins but never been able to get myself to stop while Im up but thats on me. Disappointing Experience with Slow Withdrawals and Poor Support

• My experience with PlayFina has been quite disappointing and I won’t be coming back. To start you have to go through a lengthy KYC process just to withdraw your funds which takes a few days to complete. On top of that the betting limits are frustratingly low: $100 max on live games and $50 on slots making it hard to fully enjoy the platform.The worst part though is their live support. It’s incredibly difficult to reach an agent and when you finally do the assistance is poor and unhelpful. Overall this site isn’t worth the hassle and I won’t be returning. There are much better alternatives out there.

• At first I thought this casino was good. The problems started with the second withdrawal and it seems to be impossible. I made a withdrawal that was rejected more than 7 times. Every time I asked in the chat and they always lied. First the reason is in the banks system the withdrawal had to be made with a bank transfer visa withdrawal is not possible. They rejected it many times. Then again they asked for new documents even though my account is verified. I sent the requested document but it is not enough. Withdrawal still rejected.All documents have already been sent and there is nothing more to give. Now they dont even have a reason anymore when I asked about the chat. There is no way they want to pay so definitely avoid this place. Dont play here!! I will make a separate complaint about this casino. Very disrespectful to the players. If that money is paid into my account soon I might exchange feedback.
