Useless to be frank
- I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. Its a disaster of a gaming site. I had to contact them each time following a deposit because it would say declined but it was taken from my account. 3 days later it would land in my account. I dont know how this site is even allowed to trade its the worst gaming site Ive ever played. I cant blame the customer service theyve only been able to solve the issue when highlighted its their management that are corrupt.

Liers Cheaters that will rob you blind
- I deposited £50 and they immediately closed my account. They said they would refund my money but didnt so I said it was making me feel stressed so they called the police to check on me which was humiliating and over the top. When they found out I was OK they didnt refund the money. They have asked for my bank details 3 times and ive sent it and weve exchanged over 60 emails over a week and a half. Ive given them until 9am to process the refund or Im contacting their regulating body and the gambling commission. They dont operate ethically their bullies and lies. DO NOT DEPOSIT

- Horrific customer service still don’t have my withdrawal after providing all documents requested. You sit on live chat for an hour before you get a reply then they don’t know how to help so they say documents being reviewed even though your documents have all been verified. Sites a scam stay away

- After leaving a positive review I have had to edit my original review. I deposited 2 x£50 yesterday. The funds have left my bank and been paid to playfrank all this has been verified by my bank but playfrank keeps saying the deposits have been declined. This is probably because last week I won £1700 which they paid out to my surprise. This must be a new way of recouping their money back. Absolute thieving scum.

- Deposited 20 and didnt get the welcome bonus. Spoke to the live chat who told me to deposit another 20 to recieve it. I was also told that I can not make a complaint. My complaint is 20 pounds lost with no reward. Then to be encouraged to spend another 20 to recieve what I was promised in the first place is an irresponsible tactic by the company.
