• Deposited 20 and didnt get the welcome bonus. Spoke to the live chat who told me to deposit another 20 to recieve it. I was also told that I can not make a complaint. The funds have left my bank and been paid to playfrank all this has been verified by my bank but playfrank keeps saying the deposits have been declined. No hint of an apology for misleading potential customers on game availability. When I pointed out I thought that was a weak response they said thank you.
