- I signed up and deposited £10. Got my 50 free spins and won £22.25. Withdrew £30 leaving £2.25 to spend. I then received email saying the requirements- spending my own money- had not been met. - After seeing advertisements for this site I thought I would join with no problem then I deposited £10 to play which went straight through then I went to play bingo when a page came up asking to verify myself which I did using driving licence which is not working and judging by these reviews is a common problem . I’ve emailed a few times to get money back with no joy . I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone they fraudulent take your money

Scam Welcome Promotion and Terrible Customer Service
- Made an account due to their 50 Free Spins Welcome Bonus. After making my initial deposit and not recieving the advertised spins I discovered an email in my spam folder telling me that PlayOjo managment had decided to block me from accessing any promotions on the site with zero explaination for why. I attempted to use their support chatbot on the website to figure out why my account got restricted that thing is useless and had to ask multiple time for an agent. The agent just gave a copy and paste statement saying the account is restricted and I have an email telling me that. The agent would then end the chat and disconnect from it before I had a chance to even open their response. After the terrible experience with the chatbot I emailed the support email. That email again just said managment had decided to restrict my account but went on to say they dont have to give any reason for the account was restricted. I find the signup promotion and lack of explaination of the restriction very suspicious making me suspect the welcome promotion is designed to fraudulenty attract new customers to their site with no intention of being honoured. Plus as a side not their customer service throughout this process has been horrible. AVOID THIS CASINO and signup to other casinos that dont offer scam promotions!
