- Interestingly since I started posting reviews the casino suddenly responds publicly while emails are mostly ignored and live chat is completely useless.Iāve been missing winnings since 16 January from the same game played within minutes of each other (a few rounds apart). I reported both issues at the same time in the same email with the same evidence. The smaller amount (Ā£150) was credited a couple of days later but the larger amount (Ā£2000) is still unpaid.This is not the first time. On 1 January the exact same thing happened: the smaller amount was resolved quickly while the larger amount took 16 days to be credited. I cannot understand why if something is āunder investigationā both issues arenāt reviewed and resolved at the same time especially when they are identical apart from the amount.When thereās an issue support is useless. There is no one to actually speak to just the same scripted responses: āescalatedā ādifferent teamā ārest assured.ā I am not reassured I want my money credited.One positive point: Iāve never had issues with standard withdrawals. However the Ā£5000 max payout limit is very low especially considering you canāt request more than one withdrawal at a time which adds to the frustration when problems arise.

- PLAYOJO casino is impossible to win from. No matter how long I play their games and slots it feels almost impossible to get free spins or any substantial winnings. I use their platform often and while I sometimes get two wilds very frequently I can never seem to get the third one to trigger the free spins. There have been times when I saw the third wild glide past when it should have stopped to grant the free spins. It seems that these casinos do not implement fair play as they claim. Ive played three games frequentlyāGold Strike Fishin Frenzy and Gold Frenzyābut they never pay out or offer free spins. Whenever I finally manage to get a free spin after playing for nearly an hour it pays out almost nothing. - Very poor first experience having just joined the platform via a welcome offer with free spins awarded if you deposit a certain amount of money with no wagering no staking required based on promo t&cs. Well I won some winnings from the free spins and also from daily millionaire game with some further winnings. When I tried to withdraw my winnings the site crew took all of the money I had won from my account. Took weeks to gain a reply from support team the chat bot doesnt understand basic words and site server disconnections keep occurring. - Wow wow just on total shock.
