Withdrawal still showing as pending. Spoke to Oliver via live chat who is now saying I should wait another 5 working days. • Really great friendly and helpful staff they really care about there customers I really appreciate each and everyone of you as I have special needs I sometimes read or spell things wrong but they are so patient and friendly they do amzing job not only that I never had the confidences to do a Web chat but due to there kind and care I feel I can use it again which is great for me I have had some very big companys tell me before that maybe I should stick to stuff that is at my level as you can imagine I was shocked and it put me off for many years and that was sky anyway not with Play UK u guys are the best Ive won and cash out on a Saturday money in bank by Monday I will not play anywhere else now.
