• This is the 9th day following a request to withdraw funds I am rightfully entitled to. They need to verify my docs which I have sent multiple times. Communication is limited because their phone line and live chat is inactive so email is the only option. 1 or 2 generic replies is all you will get out of them. Surely this is illegal? Requesting documents to process a withdrawal AFTER a withdraw request. I’m determined to be given what is rightfully so will keep pursuing but this is mentally draining.
