- This company should be taken to court for fraud.Worst customer support that is only available through email. You cant even answer the email conversation so you have 1 shot to make it right.Disgusting company that noone should trust.They let you deposit money but they wont let you play or withdraw DISGUSTING.

- Pokerstars win in the short term. Sure they get a load of money from us players. But the rigged number generator. The structured tournaments. the 5% bad beats that happen on the bubble because its timed and structured is a joke. There is a reason stars is failing. Year on year numbers are dwindling. Because players can see right through it. They will say its checked and tested. Just how medicine is checked and tested before its shipped to the masses. Maybe the people inside stars dont even know its rigged. Just a handful i reckon. Thats how i would rig it if i owned it. Maximise profits.If you decide to play you will see the bigger stacks get the most bad beats over the shorter stacks. VERY RARE does the short stack win a bad beat during the late reg period. Always bigger gets the 5% outters.You know how annoying it is to hang on the bubble of a tournament and finally get it in with 95% equity on the turn to bust on direct bubble by a bad beat because...well the tournament has to commence doesnt it so you fix it! Timed. Rigged! Jokerstars! Doesnt happen that often. At least GG would award you for this bad beat. Im happy. Iv used this knowledge to profit at this site and happy to take my winnings to 888 where its actually fair and 100% random. GL stars. Can see your company shrinking away to nothing unless you investigate and make the RNG actually random

- Have tried for about three weeks to login to my account or connect with support with no luck. Everything they have set up is to have you be in a loop with no luck. The suggested way to get help does not match what you actually see online. Such dishonesty. Really suggest you never give them money

- I thought the customer service was quick and simple through a message board in game. I could understand others having a harder time than more difficult situation. But I played with PokerStars back before Black Friday and I still play with them today it just seems to be the only one I trust

- This has been a dreadful experience degrading and downright thievery. I decided I wanted to pass some time at poker so I deposited 20 euro at this site. They took my money ok but there was no update on my account. I wrote to support who got back the next day! They said I had to submit a load of personal documents bank statements proof of address passport utility bills etc. I asked for a refund. After a number of days they got back to say they can only refund to my bank account. Fine I said. Heard nothing for another day and emailed them again. They replied they can’t deposit to my account without the list of documents passports bank accounts etc. I knew they were toying and provoking me but I supplied the sensitive info to get my lousy 20 euro back. After another day or two delay I email them for an update. This time they said they could not deposit to my account as I was living in a different country. Appearently I was a member about 10 years ago so they would only agree to repay to an account in my home country!They seem to enjoy playing and provoking people. I gave them my bank account details from my home country. But now there is a problem as I made the transaction while using a VPN! So it’s now many days and about 30 emails multiple sensitive documents I had to give them and they still refuse to repay. They did say that I could donate the 20 euro to a charity of their choice just adding insult to injury. They really like winding people up and shows the depths of their ignorance and immaturity. This is the worst most disrespectful support experiences I ever had.

- Although I have had an account with Poker Stars for more than a decade I tried to change my address in the my account page and then I suddenly got a message stating that my account is frozen. I sent an email to Poker Stars and explained I had been frozen and they sent me a PIN Code to use when I login. HOWEVER the pin code they give me didnt work - BECAUSE I STILL GET A MESSAGE STATING MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN. I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET A REFUND

When you loose money they are ok as soon as you make a win they block the account and find any reason to not send it to you and they make sure to drag it as much as they can. - I had an issue withdrawing because I had to have a new card sent due to fraud. It would try to send it to the canceled card and I ended up having to talk to support. Usually this is a nightmare but their staff was friendly fast and extremely helpful with the matter and got me all setup to cash out in no time at all. I really enjoy using this site and recommend it to everyone I know.
