They don’t pay

• I also am waiting to be paid $750 from 10/24 . I keep getting the runaround! I’m going to make a dispute with my bank to get my money back and there is a gaming commission for complaints you can submit.

Wont pay and possible id theft

• When I won and tried to withdraw I run into nothing but hassle!!! They wanted to know things that have nothing to do with receiving a wire!! Wont tell you what banks they will wire to! Wont tell you info you need!! Its a HASSLE!!! Why needed a photo of my balance on account I dont know!! And wanting me to promise not close account sound suspicious to me!!! Also being I had to open 2 seperate bank accounts trying to get my money....the EXTRA info they needed ...JUST SO HAPPENED TO BE THE EXACT SAME INFO NEEDED TO OPEN THE BANK ACCOUNTS!!!! SOUNDS SUSPICIOUS LY LIKE IDENTITY THEFT RING TO ME!!! Thats why I filed complaint with federal trade commission FBI cyber crime unit and my states attorney generals office about fraud and identity theft!!! So word to the wise..WATCH OUT!!! Now I keep a close I on my credit report making sure nobody opens account in my name!!

• You’ve read about the delays in Payment. There is the losing side to this Casino to also experience. I won upwards of $900 the first day only to lose it all the same session like they threw a switch. Incredible. I played the slots in order to gain levels in their Sweepstakes promotion only to win consolation prizes in the form of spins. Half of the spins I could play while the other spins would not let me redeem them. It didn’t matter all bonus winnings are capped at $100 if you are lucky enough to win. I lost on everything I played little to no winnings even if I was fortunate to hit the bonus spins. There have been no winning sessions for over 2 weeks of playing nearly everyday. I will not give them another penny. Avoid this site. It’s BAD News.

• Posh casino is the biggest SCAM! I put through a request for $2500 and April and $2000 in May as two separate $1000 which I request but still haven’t been paid any of it… the place is a complete rip off. I’m so upset.  In their defense they have paid out winnings previously. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years and winnings always take long but this time they suspended my bonuses in my account so I’m sure that means I’m never going to get what I’m owed…. Total scam.

• I have not played there for a loooong while. Now they send 3 and 3 spam mails several times a day.The unsubscribe button does not work.When trying to contact chat I have to log in and I cant remember my login.The reply on emails are written by a 6 year old.

Endless run around

• I was aproved for 750 withdrawal feb 27 .I have requested at least 4 times to see what was going on and i got 4 different answers.I actually played there for a few years and won a couple time and recived my winnings with no problems.This time i dont think they plan on paying

• Great bonuses offered by this site but withdrawl times are ridiculous 7-10 days for approval then 7-10 days for processing a BTC withdrawl is crazy when similar sites payout in 3 days. Customer service is available but also isnt the best as its generic responses

Avoid Like The Plague

• This site has been giving me the run-around outright lying and manipulating/changing the details in my Request For Withdrawal in this Daily Nightmare.I won just $200 from this site after depositing at least $2000 over the course of a year and requested my Withdrawal on March 22 2024.After waiting 10 BUSINESS days for Withdrawal Approval I was told it would take 10 MORE BUSINESS Days to get my money. Thats 20 BUSINESS days (MORE THAN A MONTH) AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT DELIVERED AS OF April 26 2024 AFTER 8+ BUSINESS DAYS OF DAILY ESCALATIONS.It is even more insidious than than I imagined. After my first escalation I was told to come back in 48 BUSINESS hours because the financial team has that long to provide a response. After 48 hours I returned and was told that there hasnt been a response. So the CSR escalated things again. What I was never told is that every time the request is escalated it resets the total amount of time the financial team has to respond so every 48 hours I was told that they had another 48 hours to respond in a never ending cycle as each escalation continued with absolutely zero responsibility for the financial team to respond at any time for any reason since it simply reset as they did not respond. The CSR finally admitted that there was nothing holding the financial team to respond in the 48 hours that she initially said that they were required to respond in that there was no way for me to speak to a financial person and there was no way for the CSR to get any update from the financial team either until they deigned to respond and that I will receive my money soon LOL.Whats even more infuriating is that during this entire time Im getting snail mail from their marketing people indicating how great their customer service is and testimonials of all these people who won and magically were paid on time.
