Withdrawals Possible but Hard Work

• As with other reviews I deposited money no problem and won a very small amount ~£5.In order to withdraw the money back out there is a £2.50 fee and you are required to provide Drivers License Bank Statement PayPal Personal Information List of all PayPal linked cards Photos of your bank cards. This information seems ‘too much’ and the exact requirements are not stated in advance. So you send a screenshot of your personal information but it’s not the correct screen they want. After being rejected it then states exactly what is required. This leads to a back and forth of verification. The site is legitimate the above ID does get verified once you understand specifically what they want uploading. I received my withdrawal so please persist if you have trouble. It took me about a week from Deposit to ID verification but this does happen and once approved withdrawals are sent (minus £2.50 fee)

• Cashed out for the first time on the 27th woke up to it today (the 1st of Feb) longest part was confirming my card but after emailing them it was sorted these reviews worried me big time but I had no issues at all

• Worst gambling app ever won some money and then it asked for numerous proofs of ID before I could withdraw which I sent and was approved but then they said I had to deposit more money to verify my bank account before they would let me withdraw funny that they had no problem taking my money in the first place though. 100% avoid

• Ok this is a fairly long review but here are some problems I found and how I resolved them. Spoiler alert - I got my winnings so although long might be worth a read.1) My documents got verified fairly easily the only issue I had was they kept rejecting my bank statement for proof of address which I couldnt understand it was just a downloaded PDF and I got no response from customer services when I asked what the problem was I randomly tried another statement from a different bank and it was accepted so that was that sorted. The first statement I tried was Starling Bank the one that got approved was Lloyds bank so maybe they prefer bigger high street banks - sounds weird/unlikely but I cant think of any other reason. 2) Next I got my winnings up to 3 grand but was told I couldnt withdraw because all my deposits had been made using my mobile phone so I had to make one using my registered card. However it wouldnt let me deposit because my real balance was apparently over the maximum amount (who knows what the maximum amount is I couldnt find anything in terms and conditions) so I decided to play a bit more in an attempt to lower my balance which would hopefully allow me to deposit on card. This didnt work I won another £1000 so my balance was even higher. I received an email off their gambling support team who advised Id been playing for a long period of time I explained the situation to them and that Id rather withdraw than be playing for hours. They managed to amend my limit allowing me to deposit by card (min deposit £10) and therefore make a withdrawal. 3) When I tried to withdraw £4000 it told me I needed to contact support for further verification. I knew it would either take ages to get a response or I wouldnt get one at all so I tried withdrawing lower amounts each time it said Id need to contact support until I got to £1000 it allowed me to put this withdrawal through. This must be the limit you can do without further verification as I tried £1002.50 to cover the withdrawal fee but it told me to contact support. I made the request at 5.20pm and it was in my bank at 9am the following morning. My next one took a little bit longer I requested it 9.30am Thursday morning and received it Sunday afternoon - but it does say on the FAQ that it pends for 72 hours then after that takes 1-3 working days to go in bankI just withdrew the rest of my money in £1000 increments as you can only request one withdrawal a day - maybe more than one if the total doesnt exceed £1000 I havent tried this though. All in all Id say stick at it and keep trying to withdraw. I hope this helps some people get their winnings.I probably wont use the site again everything seems to be a lot of hassle and the customer services department is shocking. An online chat or phone number needs to be provided. Although I do think the site has a good selection of games and if you are wanting to deposit by phone bill it is good - you just have to be willing to jump through a few hoops to get your winnings

• Glad to see previous reviews before depositing again. I came here after getting suspicious of a message I received. I have a small issue probably my own fault. Couldnt find a way to contact other than complaints. The bit that bothered me was when they said theyd be in touch within two weeks. Uije most Im forwarding all messages to the Gambling Commission. If theyre British registered maybe they should be looking at them. Ill come back with final outcome. Enough choice out there so maybe AVOID.

A Rip Off

• What an awful service. Rainbow Spins will take hundreds of pounds from your account without requiring verification information but the second you want to withdraw even the smallest amount you have to upload passport utility bill photo of bank card selfie etc. I literally don’t have copies of my utility bills and now I’m questioning the security of this company. I’m still owed winnings but Rainbow Spins have deliberately put in an excessively bureaucratic system to prevent me from receiving my pay out. What an unashamed rip off.

• This 8s a disgraceful casino. Firstly could not withdraw due to not being verified. Sent all documents and now verified but payment still pending. To add insult to injury won a further 500 and now account restricted and cannot withdraw despite answering all the safer gambling team questions and filling out pop up questionnaire. This Company will try any tactics not to payout. Rainbow spins you can keep ignoring my emails but be assured I am not giving up. £1100 I won fair and square and I am coming for you by every legal route available.

Went to withdraw winnings asked for ID...not a problem uploaded driving licence no problem uploaded bank statement rejected uploaded pdf of bank statement rejected even thou they were a asked and match address on driving licence. Put £100s of pounds in not a problem no checks no verification. Try and withdraw your winnings and its a different matter. If you are reading this before you gamble I implore you dont do it you will not be able to get any of your cash. The worst site I have ever had the misfortune to use. • Absolute shambles!! Having to use resolver to try and resolve my issue! Deposited and am trying to whithdraw. £500 so not a little amount. Avoid at all costs

• I normally check up on companies before I use them but not this time as I saw it on Facebook and all I can say is this is a dodgy company as they don’t want to pay out and keep rejecting everything I upload for to be verified. They say it’s wrong format or you have ti see the corners all stupid unreasonable requests that no other gambling companies has done.
