They make excuses such as technical issues and refuse to pay. They will not even tell you which country they operate from except We are in Europe. They are a bunch of hardened criminals.

I had no problem verifying my account for future withdrawals incase i got really lucky and making deposits via credit card were quite easy but thats where it all finishes! if you want to make a deposit via crypto do so at your own risk!!! i had the misfortune of depositing 210 USDT Tether from my wallet to a generated address that they gave me to send my funds. did so without a hitch miney was sent quickly on the polygon network via my metamask wallet. but no deposit was credited in my account. i figure ok no big deal but hours go by and its still not showing up so i get in contact with someone on chat and says it usually takes a few hours check back. so i check back and sure enough still no deposit credited. then i message again and they say try waiting 24 hours so i wait til next day still nothing. ive basically went back and fourth chatting to 3 different chat agents that have just been giving me the run around for 3 weeks straight saying they have requested to speak to their technical department of payments and for 3 weeks nothing. finally get an email today saying they couldnt find my deposit even tho i sent screenshots of the transaction hash my wallet address that i sent the funds and their wallet address that was generated for me. so beware! do not deposit at this site as you will not get your money back. im filing a report against raptorwins.com as we speak
