Waiting months for payment after confirmation
- Casino Guru has noted that this operator has a very high value of withheld winnings in player complaints relative to the casino’s size.My experience has unfortunately been consistent with that observation. I was informed in August that funds owed to me were being processed but as of now no repayment has been executed and communication has ceased.I have followed all appropriate channels and acted in good faith throughout. Given the length of time that has passed since repayment was confirmed I am now considering legal escalation to resolve the matter.I am posting this review to document my experience factually and to encourage greater accountability and transparency.

- Realspin really needs to fix its platform. Their terms say certain features only apply to real-money bets but I was shown the feature after a Free Bet and ended up losing my winnings because of it.
