RealSpin Admitted Their Error but Still Hasn’t Repaid Me

• I submitted a self-exclusion request to RealSpin on May 21 2025 asking to permanently close my account because of a gambling problem. Despite that the casino continued to accept deposits until June 25 2025 totaling about CAD $80700.On August 18 RealSpin admitted in writing that my deposits “were accepted in error.” On August 27 they promised that a repayment schedule would be sent to me “today or tomorrow.” It has now been over six weeks since that promise and I have received nothing.If RealSpin truly values responsible gambling why am I still waiting after their own admission of wrongdoing? How can they claim to support player protection while ignoring a customer they agree was wronged?I have since escalated my case to their regulator but it is deeply concerning that a company can admit an error involving tens of thousands of dollars and then go silent.I am simply asking RealSpin to do the right thing and honour their written commitment to return the funds they admitted were accepted unlawfully.
