• I have been a loyal player for almost 2 years! I average at least one deposit a day and as most of us playing online understand most of the money that I’ve deposited has been lost. In the past when I have had a withdrawal request they’ve been process for the most part in a timely fashion with most being within 24 hours and some taking a couple days to process. However 2 1/2 weeks ago on November 21 I requested a withdrawal for winning winnings in the amount of just over $3000 and it’s still not been processed. I check in daily with the support team on the website and I’m told the same thing over and over again “ the compliance team is still waiting for information from the game provider.” I personally don’t believe that to be the case. I personally feel that because of the size of my withdrawal request they are delaying it and possibly not going to pay. Which is super unfortunate because for the past 2 1/2 weeks I have not been able to justify depositing any more money into Ritz Casino which is forced me to have to start looking for a new casino online. I’m super disappointed in this turn of event. I have reached out not only to support through the platform daily but also emailed the management team to payout team and their general mailbox half a dozen times without a response. • So I have previously left a five star review for this site but I would like to go back and change that now because they advertise that each player is entitled to one instant payout per day I requested a payout of $638 over 24 hours ago and I have yet to see the money.
