Using their bonus doesnt mean you wont win

• This is probably one of the only casinos where using their bonuses doesnt mean your winning percentage is lowered to 0. Ive won here now several times all using their bonuses. They can sometimes take a bit longer to process the payout but if you follow the rules you should have no problems withdrawing. I just submitted a withdrawal just waiting for approval. Didnt have any problems last time so I dont think Ill have any problems this time. This is probably the only place Ill play. You can look at my other reviews. I tell it like it is. • Won $50 on free spins. Denied the withdrawal request for multiple accounts which apparently was determined on the basis of IP address. None of the other accounts belonged to me nor was I on a shared device. Matches likely due to the fact that Apple devices re-use IP addresses. • During a bonus the game froze up on me so I contacted customer service via chat and was told to log out and back in and that they would take care of it when I was denied any of my winnings from that bonus (that I was doing very well with at the time that it malfunctioned on me). I was inquiring about it for the next week until the person on chat was very rude to me and I called her out on it. She then cut me off and I am no longer able to use chat - I then emailed them 2 or 3 times and have gotten NO response. I suggest that you RUN AWAY from this site for the simple reason that they have obviously just shut me off verses take care of the issue that they were originally responsible for in the first place. I spend A LOT of money and expect to be paid for what was fairly mine and have been denied and ghosted for weeks. I am not very happy.
