SCAM - False Bonus Terms & Withholding Legitimate Winnings
- Iam writing this review to warn all players to stay away from this casino. My experience has been a textbook case of being scammed out of my legitimate winnings.Here is what happened:I made two deposits on November 13 (€30 and €45) using my credit card. I immediately requested a withdrawal.Only after my €900 withdrawal was pending I used some of their bonus offers on subsequent deposits. I lost all of that bonus money. The money was returned to my account.I continued playing with this €900 (which originated 100% from my raw cash deposits) and won more reaching €1200. I then requested a withdrawal of €1000.Now the casino has rejected my €1000 withdrawal. Their reason? They falsely claim my winnings came from free spins or bonus funds. This is a complete lie and a blatant misrepresentation of my game history.I have provided them with a clear step-by-step timeline and demanded they review my transaction log. They refuse to acknowledge the facts. The money they are withholding was generated from my own real cash deposit before I ever used a single free spin.This is not a simple misunderstanding; it is a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out a winning player.
