In the description on how to take the photo it said need front and back. I assumed from the title that a selfie was needed so I took one of me holding the front of my ID to the camera and another with it turned around. I messaged the support team after arguing with the chat bot and was told to take a picture of both sides of the card and not as a selfie.Did that and still waited. Eventually reach out again and was told how to take a selfie holding the card as I had not sent one yet. Other ID checks were no issue. Just this one needed explaining and all was well.Finally able to withdraw. I made an attempt via depositing card (minimum $50AUD) to eventually have request rejected as my card doesnt allow it and would have to do bank transfer (minimum $100AUD). I have now requested a $350AUD withdrawal through bank transfer which claimed to be instant. I checked via chat that I had completed the wager amount and was told that it had been approved on their end was just waiting for bank to confirm and due to it being a weekend (a bank holiday) it may not be confirmed until tomorrow (Monday) and may take 7-10 days to be in my account although usually faster. My bank usually processes transfers from other accounts instantly regardless of day or time. However it may be the case that this time there will be a delay.
