- I have read through all of royal reel’s rules and promotions starting with cash back that I was told I wasn’t entitled to but it clearly says on site that everyone is eligible if they do a minimum of 3 $30 deposits also there is a Christmas wheel that clearly says deposit $30 and try your luck and alls support could say is it says try your luck and deposit so if you deposit you may get to spin the wheel I have screenshots and proof that it isn’t what there saying and it’s disgraceful false advertising and I’ve put more money into there casino over the last few months than I care to divulge and they still keep being dishonest and definitely not being there for there customers like they claim to

The pokies net and reef reels etc. the amount of money I’ve deposited in the past year is sickening. Want to know the most sickening part? There is no such thing as rng with these criminals. They’re here to take your money! They’re not designed to make you win. They’re laughing in your face every time you deposit and think your going to win and walk away on top. They control it. I have hard evidence these criminals operate it all behind the scenes. After winning 30k they have shadow banned my account from winning. It’s a real thing! Mind you I deposited more then double that amount so I’m still behind which I can happily take the loss knowing they won’t get another cent from me. I wish I had never gotten told about these sites because after thorough research I’ve come to find they’re fraudulent and scammers in a 3rd world country. Stick to the pubs or tab. - So I’ve spent thousands on royal reels and I always have trouble with customer support. I have been speaking to customer support for half an hour easy trying to get my cash back activated but they keep telling me it’s by invitation even though it clearly says in app that anyone can receive cash back on Friday’s. I had screenshots and emails stating it but it still had to be looked into I didn’t get last week’s either because I was told I didn’t meet the $1000 deposit for the week but it clearly states that you only have to do a minimum of 3 $30 deposit’s to be eligible I’m sick of always dealing with the effects of mental health after I deal with them each time

- I got a big win a week and a half ago and got kycd when I tried to withdraw. I sent all correct info requested.Everything was sent (the online chat agent even confirmed everything looked good) and then I went to log back in last night and my account was permanently suspended…I didn’t even get an email from them for a reason why. Used them for a year with no issues nothing ever mentioned about kyc pay outs always happened within a 12 hr time period. I did nothing different when I got this win no bonus used just a raw deposit with my card. And for some reason after all this time and money spent with them they do that to me…DISGUSTING!What are they doing? I can see other people are copping the same grievance. - Had been playing with no issues for over a year Ive withdrawn winnings seemlessly in the past the winnings were always in my bank account within a couple of hours and I was recommending this site to anyone when asked. I attempted to withdraw my winnings 2 days ago expecting the money in my account later that day. When it didnt arrive by the next morning I contacted support who gave me the 3 - 5 business day speech. I contacted them again later that day to be told I needed to supply my ID documents. Ive already supplied this information and there were no issues as like I said Ive done multiple withdrawals over varying amounts since I originally provided them with my ID. Nothing has changed since account inception my ID is still current and my bank account is the same as its always been. Support has been no help they keep saying its under review but cannot provide a timeframe. I have tried to cancel my request but Im unable to do this either. I will no longer be recommending this site as you cant trust theyll pay out even if youre a long standing customer whose easily withdrawn in the past. Dont use this site unless you want your winnings held for no reason.
