- As others have mentioned you do not have any chance of making a withdrawal. I have submitted several proofs of address including bank statements all of which have been rejected. I would have serious doubts if any of the 5 star ratings relating to this company are genuine.

- I have gone through the same as most people on here. They verified my address with a bank statement but after I won £400 they are now saying the don’t accept bank statements. They also won’t accept insurance documents tax returns or basically anything. Now they have informed me I’m only allowed to withdraw £224. Withdrawal was succesful and after 3 days the money still hasn’t hit my account and they are now investigating. If you don’t want your money going missing then I suggest you don’t play here. UTTER SCAM

- Stay away from this betting site I have £5000 which I am trying to withdraw passed all verification months ago now they are asking for apostilled documents for my address and also to verify my ID again with a computer logged into my account while Im taking a selfie with my passport. - A lot of negative reviews here.. I thought I’d write a genuine positive one. I uploaded all the correct documents for verification and I was verified in 24 hours. I then won a football bet and tried to withdraw £500 with SEPA but it was rejected (not sure why) and at this point I was worried. I got an email from them saying to withdraw using UK faster payment. I did that and on the 3rd day of waiting all £500 I withdrew landed in my bank account. My experience has been good with this casino so far and hopefully it will continue!

- I’m very disappointed with this casino. They promise you a refund ask you to submit all your documents for verification saying it’s necessary for the refund. After you do everything they ask they just reject your request and close your account without any explanation.Their customer service is atrocious offering no support or solutions. Most of the time they just ignore you. They also falsely claim to be licensed leaving you with no protection. After months of trying it’s clear I’ll never get the refund they promised. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this casino!

- My experience with Royal Fortune had its ups and downs. I ran into some trouble with their tennis odds--they seemed a bit overpriced compared to the market and unfortunately my bets got cancelled because of it. The customer service wasnt quite up to scratch in sorting it out which was a bit of a letdown. That said the bet acceptance was spot on expecially for tennis which is crucial and they do offer a fair few extra markets on live betting. So Ive got mixed feelings about it.
