• Please don’t use this casino. I just joined tonight and deposited £20 which they say they match. They didn’t match it so I spoke on live chat. They said I had to claim it before I spent anything and I told them I did as I put the WELCOME bonus claim in. The person on live chat said I couldn’t have it. Very poor considering I was a brand new customer and you have to wager the matched deposit 35x anyways which is nigh on impossible. I closed my account straight away. • I am forced to take legal action against Royal Fortune for the £1500 refund they promised on May 24 2024 but have not honored. Despite numerous emails over the past three months I have received no response. Their customer service is appalling. My player name is Lottie48 and my email starts with taddy. Gabriel Monsero from their payments team stated on May 29 that the refund would be processed by early June. It’s now September and I still havent seen a dime. I ran into some trouble with their tennis odds--they seemed a bit overpriced compared to the market and unfortunately my bets got cancelled because of it.
