• After 3 months of waiting and submitting all the necessary documents I am no longer getting any response! I have paid for the apostilles and submitted all the required documents. And they still refuse to pay me out my winnings. Even though my account is verified.As I understand it this is their scheme. STAY AWAY. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!

• Do not use.. they will not pay you out regardless of how much proof of residence you give. I tried several times and even sent over 4 different documents and still wasn’t verified. Do not use under any circumstances. They don’t ask for proof when you deposit and take your money but as soon as you want to withdraw they will make it so difficult that you actually can’t. Avoid at all costs and report them to every single search engine you can

• Ive provided them with all the requested documents even a tax return. Now theyre requesting an apostilled document that they had already approved. They request documents one by one delaying the process. You must pass the verification process to make withdrawals but not to deposits. I dont recommend them; they wont refund your money.

Awful experience with this company

• Awful experience with this companyAfter recently signing up I had a win but this wasn’t applied to my account. I provided full evidence as requested including a photo of the win but the company (after much chasing) advised that their investigation showed no win that was the limit of their explanation! I then referred them to the details I had sent previously which clearly showed a win that was on the 12th March and I have heard nothing since and my account has been blocked. I therefore have no access to my current balance.I can only assume from my experience that this is a fraudulent site and would advise others to steer clear and not waste your money.

• I’m leaving this review to warn others Royal Fortune is using dirty tactics to avoid paying out winnings.After I won money they asked for documents which I provided. They tried to find something wrong but couldn’t so they accepted them. Then out of nowhere they asked for an apostilled utility bill something that costs £45 to get! This is ridiculous and not something even the biggest betting companies ask for.They’re clearly trying to make people give up on their withdrawals by making the process as hard and expensive as possible. I’ve since checked other reviews and I’m not the only one many people are complaining about the same thing. This seems to be their strategy.They don’t want winners. • Absolute scam of a company. I waited 3 months to get paid out only £460. I was even told by them that if I did not take away my negative review on here that I would not be receiving my funds. Be aware everyone and never sign up to this before reading ALL terms and conditions which are very much against you at all times. Very very hard to get verified and even then it is very hard to get paid from them. I am just happy that I eventually got my money and don’t have to deal with them ever again. If you try to withdraw more money than you deposited they will ask you for a million crazy documents like a selfie with a monitor a confirmation of your phone number tax return documents a utility bill with an apostille for which you will have to pay a lot of money and then they will not allow you to withdraw anyway they are a bunch of scammers. Never deposit money here. They will do everything to prevent you from getting your money.

• As others have mentioned you do not have any chance of making a withdrawal. I have submitted several proofs of address including bank statements all of which have been rejected. I would have serious doubts if any of the 5 star ratings relating to this company are genuine.

• Stay away from this betting site I have £5000 which I am trying to withdraw passed all verification months ago now they are asking for apostilled documents for my address and also to verify my ID again with a computer logged into my account while Im taking a selfie with my passport. Im pretty sure I wont see my money my own thought for signing up to this dodgy site. Hopefully somebody will read this and not make the same mistake.

Impossible to verify account and withdraw money

• It seems to be impossible to have your account verified and withdraw the winnings. I’ve 28000$ in my account at the moment and Gabriel Monsero on KYC@ are making it really difficult. Been trying since 25th of November to have the account fully verified but they’re keep asking me for more and more documents! First I’ve sent the proof of ID (Passport) proof of address my most recent Payslip and phone bill. Proof of I’m the owner of the credit card and even had to ask the card issuer to send an extra statement to show that I’m the owner of the card. And after all this I’ve been asked to take a selfie with my passport next to my face and the computer screen while showing my account name on the website ( which is also annoying because I had to go to a friend and borrow his laptop because I don’t have one myself ). And after this step they asked me to send a proof of fund or tax return.. I did that as well they got back to me saying it wasn’t accepted it because it was a screenshot and asked for a PDF file instead. I also sorted this out. And also keep in mind that it take roughly THREE days each time you send a document for them to even respond to you. And now I’m still waiting for their response again… I’ve seen they have been asking other player to send a stamped tax return paperwork .. so I’m pretty sure I’ll have to do this now as well.. which gonna cost me money to getting that sorted! I’ll continue to update this and change the review depending on the outcome of this.. but so far it has been nothing but stress and disappointment. I’ve been telling support@ royalfortune and alive Chat on daily basis as well and they keep telling me they have prioritised the case. Doesn’t seem like it unfortunately! • Please don’t use this casino. I just joined tonight and deposited £20 which they say they match. They didn’t match it so I spoke on live chat. They said I had to claim it before I spent anything and I told them I did as I put the WELCOME bonus claim in. The person on live chat said I couldn’t have it. Very poor considering I was a brand new customer and you have to wager the matched deposit 35x anyways which is nigh on impossible. I closed my account straight away.
