• For some u fortunate reason i tried numerous time to make contact via 24/7chat live! And it seems like Ive being blocked as I have complete no access to chat. Ive email royal vegas support and keep getting shoved off auto messages saying not delivered or will reply in 48hrs well its going on too 1 month.Ive enjoyably spent $$$$ on Royal Vegas Casino as I was on holiday had that extra money and wanted that joy ride. Experience was thrilling. No complaints there. Im curious as a loyal player dont I get special rewards cashback bonus loyalty rewards or even a reply with my questions. Im doing alot of proof reading of there terms&conditionsprivacy actpromotion offers and feel I have not breached. So why is it so hard too reply to my question. Ive had absolutely nothing credit to my account...As other online casinos would happily. What im reading isnt what I had recieved or have played like FS! that were suppose to be awarded to me that night. There was completely nothing. • Used idebit to deposit transaction says successful royalevegas account balance says 0$ transaction history says none made 3 agents 5 hours later was told could be 15 min to 6 hours my deposit is in transition very odd had 1 hour to wait just to be told transaction denied and now wait 3 days for refund.
