Horrible Support team

• Very unfriendly support staff. Actually quite upset with the way I was spoken to. This was Darren and Zoe. Having to pay for a service that does not work for me. Really has put me off GAA if this is the team you have.

Great Website - but price could be lower.

• Great site. The games are a little on the pricy side but worth it to see a Dublin vs Mayo Match.The price increased this year for the Finals so that a little unfair but worth it if your in the running for Sam.

Technical Issues

• Kilkenny Wexford game went down for 10 minutes. I emailed GAA Go and was told it was a problem with RTE’s coverage. However I was watching Dublin Galway on RTE at the same time with no issues. Disappointing overpriced service

What a waste.

• What a waste.Tried to log on on 3 separate devices without luck. Tells me email is invalid even though it is the one I always used. Service used to be much better. Of course no human support available. I am cancelling my subscription.

Bought Down v Armagh with a few minutes…

• Bought Down v Armagh with a few minutes to go had sound turned down and covered the score with my hand put the scrub Bar back to the start but it wouldnt go back waste of money no option to play from start or live like everyone else

Absolute disgrace

• Absolute disgraceSkipped the entire time at the last game I watched.Prices are too high especially considering I’m not even at the game just watching online.Corruption at its finest.Unfair to the elderly who want to watch games aswell.My grandfather can’t watch all the matches anymore.

absolutely terrible value

• absolutely terrible value and against all ethos for grassroots GAA...i paid for a season pass last year but then had to pay an additional 20 euro to watch the final... ???it doesnt show all games just select ones that are chosen randomly thru the season.And customer service ? cant even get a response from them... Terrible blight on the GAA and RTE

Rip off service

• Rip off service blame RTE when it goes down Wexford v kilkenny (they blame the weather even though their own website/network was down proven via cloudflare dns service) regardless of the amount of time its down they cannot provide a reliable service (rubbish quality picture compared to terrestrial broadcast using a 4k shield android box with 4k tv and 1gb connection) treats customers as if they are stupid disgraceful lying company. will no longer support them

RTE needs to be defunded

• RTE needs to be defunded. Why should anyone have to pay a TV license if they dont ever watch their channels. RTE get more than enough funding from the woke corporate advertising that they show with very regular add intervals between their boring repetitive TV line up. Apart from sports there really is not a whole lot else decent to watch. If you have a monthly satelite TV subscription why should you have to pay extra on top of that to support one station? Screw that.

What a joke of a service when you try…

• What a joke of a service when you try and watch a game back cant skip forward any rebuffed issues and it goes right back to the start again (as in the 10 mins of crap before you see a field) then I hit the pause/play button by mistake half way through the first half and guess what....ya right back to the bloody start again talk about frustrating...

Constantly buffering

• Constantly buffering basically impossible to watch a game. Way overpriced and if you want to watch a match a few days after it was played you pay same amount as if you were watching it live even though the score is already common knowledge ridiculous.

• What a complete an utter shambles this site is. Those that put it together need to take a long hard look at themselves. Read other reviews everything stated there is TRUE. Takes hours upon hours to watch a game dont dream of hitting pause or you start over. You cannot watch a game on catch up for days after the actual game which totally defeats the purpose for those of us living abroad.Will never ever again use this useless pointless piece of crap. Ill go back to reading the match report until someone comes up with an alternative way to watch for those of us living outside of Ireland.Whoever put this site together should hang their head in shame it certainly is not anything to be proud of. Disgraceful.

Shameful

• I gave 1 star because there was no option to give 0. I paid for my father to watch a match live. Despite hours setting up an account - on the day it didnt work. He has supported the gaa his whole life - playing and travelling to attend matches.This is a shoddy disrespectful way to treat lifelong supporters.

Ive just tweeted to GAAgo to attempt…

• Ive just tweeted to GAAgo to attempt to get a reaction. They sent me to GAAGo Support which has so far not resolved the issue. The problem began last week when my partner who had bought three credits tried to watch a match. It took us an hour to get into the app on the TV pair it (it kept unpairing) then we had to go out again find out where the credit was (clue: its not on the app you have to go to a website) then when we did manage to use a credit we still couldnt get the TV app to recognise that hed paid to watch the match. He had to cast it from my phone. This week we thought OK we know how to do this now. We deleted all the apps reloaded signed in (it signed us out we signed in again it signed out again all the way to Flannigans Balls) and finally we thought OK weve missed half the match (which hed paid for) so I cast it on my phone again (which means I cant call anyone). Anyhow to top it all Cork lost. I think a free credit or two would be in order. Im going to put this review up in a few places see if I can get a response. Whoever designed this app needs to be put in a goal and practiced on...

One star is far too many for this muck ...

• One star is far too many for this muck there should be zero stars for GAAGO.IE! I bought the Limerick/Clare game a couple of weeks ago. Thats €12 wasted that I will never get back! After taking about 15 mins to stop buffering & hanging my computer the live-stream of the match was constantly freezing & I had to reconnect several times. And before any tech genius at RTE suggests otherwise I have a high-end laptop & fast internet. ALL other streaming services work perfectly! I gave up on it eventually & just listened to the coverage on Live95fm which was far superior to the amateur gibberish on GAAGO.Shame on you GAA (& RTE) for squeezing more money out of loyal county fans in these already difficult financial times. You really are the Grab All Association! And RTE you brazenly take the publics license fees & then charge us again for a sub-par service like this? Shame!

Awful. Don’t even bother.

• As if it’s not already bad enough that I have to pay for GAA GO and SKy Sports in order to see all the GAA matches I want. GAA GO domestic pass is shockingly bad. One camera angle for the whole match. Awful commentary and no pre match or post match discussions. All the effort gone into advertising but all they have is one camera man and 2 commentators at the matches.Id prefer to watch the scores live on Twitter.

• Just the worst service. You cant rewind or fast-forward the game if you watch it later - it jumps back to the start.Endless stop ups.Doesnt connect smoothly to chromecast for me it failed totally today.And its every time every time!Such a disappointing service.Dont waste your good money guys - better off getting sky in.
