Are not replying to emails and on chat just say they will email finance department to chase up but nothing changes. UPDATE It is now the 30th April and I have still not received this. FURTHER UPDATE - After waiting for 6 months I cancelled my withdrawal and tried it again using a different withdrawal method I still didnt hear anything back until 3rd July when I received an email from a rep following up to check I had received my winnings I confirmed I hadnt and the rep cancelled the withdrawal on their end and advised me to try again and it has now worked and I have received the £400 into my bank account today.
