Disappointing Support team.
- I used to have a good experience with this site but now Im not sure what happened to it. I had around $180 in my account and suddenly my account disappeared. (I suspect it might have been due to accessing the site while using a VPN).I tried reaching out to their support team (who used to respond promptly) but now they seem to be unresponsive. I submitted a ticket and sent them messages on Telegram. My messages were seen but sadly no one replied. I wanted to know if there was any solution to recover my account or not.Overall this experience was disappointing and I really didnāt appreciate the way they handled it.

- SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!Please do not deposit on Sharkoin something has happened where they used to pay out winnings and used to have a great support team but now they donāt anymore.I am not sure if they have new owners or something but please read all the reviews here. They only reply to people who āused multiple accountsā or ābroke the rulesā. If someone on here has a genuine withdrawal and is complaining about it they are ignoring them.I have had a withdrawal pending for ages I am a verified user (verified via my driver licence years ago) and I have never broken the rules. Back between 2020-2023 they used to pay out my withdrawals very quickly now they donāt.I have submitted countless support tickets and screenshotted them to keep track but they arenāt replying.I am going to go seek legal advice today to see what I can do because this is a total scam site and we need to get it shut down. - This site is pure scam Dont deposit your money here until you donāt wanna throw this money away.My user id: 510824I deposited 0.01685000 BNB and played few bet and made 0.02437121 BNB and withdrawn it.As per the mail they said it should arrive withing few minutes to maximum 6 hous But its been 24 hours since the withdrawal the withdraw hasnt arrived yet. In the status its showing Pending. Ive contacted their support but no responses as expected.But there promotional activity seems to be running they sending promotional offer in their telegram channel email etc. But the scammers didnāt responding to any support ticket. What a shame.Totally stupid site. Please avoid it.

- I made a 10 usd deposit 4 days ago i won 120usd aprox and i requested a withdrawal of 100. 3 days has passed and I havent recieved any response of them and i have send several tickets but nothing happens. I found this site with several reviews and its curious that they only answer those reviews which they consider are multiaccounts but they didnt give any response to some reviews maybe those which are clean or legal... dont deposit at this moment its scam
