• Even though I already already had a successful minimum withdraw I had to re- verify because my id was expiring 2 MONTHS later. Though not expired yet I still went and renewed my id early to cash out on another minimum $50 capped by coupon rules. My id verified through their system mitek successfully but was told to email my documents for manual review. Then they decided I didn’t complete the play through from the coupon even though I most certainly did and have screen shots of the progress. Plus their system doesn’t even allow you to withdraw unless play through completed. • This casino is the worst for withdrawals. I won 10 grand and am trying to withdraw. They now say I can’t use the bank that I was previously using at the beginning of the year. Bank of America is the bank they wanted me to use. Now I need to find another bank and open an account with no guarantee it will work.
