- Waiting for a £40 withdrawal for over 5 days ( small amount) received an email saying the beneficiary details (my own name) are wrong so my withdrawal has been denied !! AVOID !! SCAM!! If they can’t payout a measly £40 I wouldn’t even entertain this joke of a site 🤬

- This site is a scam. Wouldnt pay out several times. Relies on desperate people and must be doing fraud. Wait for you to win then decline payments and tell you rules for withdrawals. Very rude live chat support if and when you can speak to someone. I spent alot of money for them to deny payment. They wait for you to win to the deny it. Dont bother and save your money. Rip off merchants

- Its a shame but something is definitely not right with their games. I have never had a problem withdrawing however that may be as largest withdrawal was only around £800. Recently the games feel completely rigged. Ive played enough slots to know you can go on a dreadful run on any site but this is different its got so blatant now its like they have given up pretending to be legit and are just trying to steal as much as possible as quickly as possible. Foolish as if they had been a little less greedy they could have maintained many profitable punters with gambling problems!

The day of scam came
- Been on here for a while i have enjoyed slotmonster but now i believe the day is here. I withdraw €4000. Its now been a week not a glimpse of the withdrawal being received i have sent them emails but no response. Their live support feature tells me the matter is in some other relevant department and tells me to wait for an email. Im bored of waiting please do not play here. They will scam you eventually.

- Really bad customer service live chat is 1 big drama thing overall...Withdraws are taking way to long to be accepted and there should be a added a button for locking your withdraw for sure.Vip managers cant answer your whatsapp and its Just Really slow on the customer service side... - I read through all the reviews on here about this site and I was worried about playing and the site paying out. I won quite a lot on my first deposit and I was nervous about the site paying out but after around 26 hours or so the site paid out my first withdrawals. The fact you can cancel your withdrawals is a bit of a down site but if you give it a day or 2 the site definitely does pay out. I dont know about all the other bad reviews but I can say 100% this is the best site Ive used ever including uk based sites. The online chat isnt great and the answers just seem generic and they dont really give you any answers about your withdrawal times but the gameplay has been brilliant so far. Ive had quit a few withdrawals so far and Im waiting on more still. If I have any negative feedback I will update but so far from what Ive seen in under a week the site is brilliant. Would highly recommend. Just a wee update... if your playing on the site dont leave a review saying how good the gameplay is... maybe coincidence but as soon as I left this review I never got another decent win or bonus play.

CASINO HAS STOLEN MY FUNDS
- Yesterday I was playing at the casino. I’ve been a member since June 2024. I won a substantial amount of money. I had requested a withdrawal of €2985 and had a balance of over €700 at the time of falling asleep. I woke the next day only to find upon logging in someone else’s name email address and postal address listed on my account. No bets or transactions have been made on the account and the are no banking details present. I instantly contacted support viewing my concerns about logging in and it not seeming to be my account only to be told that my account was active and I was queried on what the screenshots were which I sent over. I’ve been given no answers after sending numerous emails. I’m concerned I’ve been done over by this casino and they have stolen my funds. I have no explanation as to what’s happened or what’s being done about it.
