ID Scammers! Do NOT trust their good reviews!

  • They are ID Scamming i got proof! PLEASE tell all your friends spam about them on reddit and here so people will never go here it will ruin your life! 6 month has gone since they promised me my money after getting my ID + picture of me holding it and all myu bank details. They refuse to give it to me and the only thing they have been saying for 6 month is Our department is working on it you will recieve email when more information.Please do NOT trust these guys. Their lisence is also fake. If you play here you WILL get scammed. If you read the most new reviews they are in same place as me not getting their money after givign them the ID and all that. Slotmonster is the biggest fraud casino there is. I can prove everything i even have a video out on youtube. How to figure out if their lisence is legit ? Its simple you cant contact their lisence giver there is no way to get in touch with them UNLESS you send your full ID and everything to the lisence giver so they will also steal your ID and sell it to other people to use.

Is RTP rigged to maximise profits

  • I dont usually complain about RTP and I am an experienced player assigned to over 10 casinos. However on Extra Juicy Megaways over past 7 times I have played this game it has given no Bonus...and I mean NO BONUS.....and thats with 800 spins on average each time. Slotmonster ignores self-exclusion and fails to protect vulnerable players

  • Warning about questionable practices at Slotmonster.com (EOD Code SRL)I would like to share my experience to warn other players and shed light on a problematic practice that only became clear to me through my own case.Due to my gambling addiction I requested a self-exclusion at Slotmonster.com on March 11 2025 which the operator confirmed and acknowledged. As part of that request I explicitly asked for a self-exclusion from all platforms operated by EOD Code SRL but this broader exclusion was ignored.Despite this on April 9 2025 I — on my own initiative and in a vulnerable state — opened a new account simply by using a different email address. This is how I discovered that the operator easily allows the creation of a new account even if a self-exclusion request is already in place.Here is the pattern I identified:The account not the player is excluded: Only the originally excluded account is disabled. When registering a new account there is no verification to check whether the player has already requested a self-exclusion. With the same personal details (name date of birth etc.) a new account can be easily created — all you need is a different email address.Unrestricted deposits and play are still possible: Despite the active self-exclusion I was able to deposit money and gamble again. The operator did not take any effective measures to permanently block excluded players from accessing the site.Payouts are blocked: Only when a payout request is made does the operator perform a more thorough identity check. If it is then discovered that a self-exclusion is in place the payout is denied. The previously deposited funds are lost.One-sided advantage for the operator: This practice allows the operator to continue accepting deposits while refusing to pay out winnings. This approach exploits vulnerable players suffering from gambling addiction.It is important to raise awareness of this practice as it clearly violates the principles of responsible gambling and established player protection standards.I hope this information helps other players to stay cautious and protect themselves better.

This time trying to withdraw 4000 euros has been a nightmare. * money received the verification process took the time then 10 hours later money received thank you slot monster I’ve now given 5 stars. BE WARNED ALL POTENTIAL SLOTMONSTER…

  • BE WARNED ALL EXISTING AND POTENTIAL NEW SLOTMONSTER CUSTOMERS!!!Slotmonster have effectively stolen all of my legitimate winnings and available funds from my account and I’m absolutely devastated by it. The situation as a whole has been an absolutely horrible experience for me as a customer and the way it’s been handled is just unbelievable. Nothing at all has been said or done about it. The stress they have caused me has greatly affected my mental health and wellbeing however I can not and will not allow them to get away with this at all. I have no other explanation for why I haven’t been able to access my account since 27/01/25 nor have I been offered a single possibility from their customer support department. I basically classify this as tangible fraud and I’m in contact with my lawyers to bring a case against if and once proved. I’m also contacting my financial institution to recall all of my lifetime deposits made to the casino (which by the way exceeds the total amount which I’m actually contesting) using my many months of correspondence with them without getting answers responses and being completely ignored as concrete proof that something untoward has happened with my account I’m not being told what exactly and nothing seems to be being done to rectify the situation. After months of correspondence without any resolution or updates from them they have conveniently stopped answering my emails completely.I reported to them on 27/01/25 that there seemed to be some issue with my account. Using my credentials to login in as I would always I was confused as to why my account was showing as being associated with a different email address to mine and another person’s name. No betting history or transaction history of mine was visible. None of my many withdrawal receipts or available balance. Infact there was no other information whatsoever and so clearly proved it wasn’t my account. I’ve been a loyal customer of slotmonster’s for over a year making many deposits totalling thousands of euro’s and racking up hours upon hours of gameplay. Where had this information suddenly vanished too? This was only a day after making my withdrawal request of €2985 and leaving over €700 of available credit in the casino. For months now throughout corresponding I’ve been completely compliant and as helpful in assisting with their investigations as I possibly could. I’ve sent across screenshots which were requested of the account once logged in to prove the information being shown on the account was that of a different person to me. I also sent across requested documents of my mobile phone ownership to prove my phone number belonged to me. Every time I’ve been asked to cooperate with them I have in a timely manner. Strangely every single time I’ve made correspondence I’ve noted a regular pattern of getting no response whatsoever and then I have to chase them up always. This was the case when I was asked to send in my mobile phone ownership document. I sent it in on 22/03/25 and still to date I’ve had no reply. Since my last correspondence asking for an update which was on 12/04/25 and many emails in between I’ve gotten not one. Their silence is deafening which is difficult not to hear loud and clear. I’ve had enough of this merry go round back and forth I will be ensuring I inform as much people as I possibly can about the unknown risks they face as a potential customer of Slotmonster. I’ve will be subsequently be uploading to this review a complete and full history of my correspondence with customer support since 27/01/25 to serve as factual evidence and total transparency. TBC……**** A quick update to note. I have messaged Slotmonster via email today in a last ditch attempt to get a reply with the aim of gaining some understanding and clarity regarding what’s happened with my account. I want to give them a fair opportunity to respond to me. I have however been ignored for some weeks now and so hold out no hope that I will receive a reply. Pending whether I do or not I will be posting the complete conversation I’ve had with customer support since the first day I raised this issue on 27/01/25 to back up my claims and hopefully by then I may just receive a response!! I’ve explained to my bank already the current situation and have kept them updated throughout. I’ve sent across to them all necessary correspondence and it should not take too long for me to receive a refund of all my lifetime deposits using the cover of my banking institution’s chargeback procedure citing internet fraud and pending a criminal report obtaining a reference number.

  • I signed a waiver and send in sensitive documents for my refund to be processed. It said it would be processed in 24/48 hours its now almost 25 weeks ago and still did not recieve my refund. All they say on chat is that they are working on my request. Im being scammed.

  • I have been playing at Slotmonster since the end of last year. I can say everything encountered has been positive so far. Deposits via bankcard and withdrawals via SEPA to my bank account have been fine. The KYC checks for easy to complete and my account was fully verified in less than a day after completing relevant parts and withdrawals seem less. Latest withdrawal of 700 Euro was just processed this afternoon without issue via SEPA will hit my bank Monday morning now.

Pure scam

  • Pure scam . I played and they gave me free spins which came to nothing. Got upto €2380 and played it balc down to €1098 and had enough so went to withdraw. Only to have my withdraw cancelled and my balance stolen. When asking why they said I wagered over €5 euro which i didnt however I wasnt within any bonue requirement so is irrelevant. Definitely worth the read

  • Was unsure about the 5 stars due to the payout not being 24hours and almost thought I was scammed BUT no all is good. Won a 5 figure jackpot and the limit is 4k euros a day withdrawal and 10k euros a week. Bank (conversion rate) takes a LOT of commission (750 off 4000). Anyway this doesnt have many of the commercial games the UK casinos have but still a lot of games nonetheless. I have 2 thirds of my money paid to me but need to wait until the week is up to get the final amount. I dont ever go for bonuses so cant comment on that but over the moon with the payout and company as a whole.
