• If I could give these scammers zero stars I would.I requested a withdrawal on 12/07/2024 three plus weeks later never received.The customer service reps feed you a script on how withdrawal takes 7-10 business days. After that time passes then they said we will escalate the matter. Check back in 24-72 hours. No I cant live chat with anyone anymore its like the link is broken. The phone numbers provided are bogus. No one responds to my emails sent. These scammers need to be stopped. • NEVER play here. On 11/10 I requested a bitcoin withdrawl. A week later when checking status I was told I couldn’t use bitcoin and had to do wire transfer. No one contacted me to tell me this and why would it be an option if I couldn’t use it? I canceled bitcoin and did a wire. Week later told I of course needed to submit more documents. A week later upon checking status was told everything was good and would be receiving soon. A DAY later was told I needed more documents. AGAIN. Now I’m being told 10 days to review and 10-14 days MORE to receive.

• Made my deposit. Won some money. Can not get them to pay. All I get is lies. Then they tell me I have to wait longer. They take your money but will not pay out. I submitted on October 11th for withdrawal. Still nothing except being told it is gonna take longer. They said I could withdraw my deposit with my winnings. • I recently requested an $80 withdrawal from this place from a chip bonus chip that they gave me for $30. I had to deposit $10 of Litecoin in order to get this withdrawal done which I did. And then it showed that my withdrawal request was approved by a manager. When I spoke to an agent on the chat line they told me it was denied because I had multiple accounts there was an account that I had closed I had asked them to closed almost 2 months ago that was a work account that I no longer work at and I have no longer access to. And they will not pay me out because of a mistake that they made by not closing that account out first for me like I asked them to. It was fine for me to deposit my money into their accounts but when it came time for them to pay up they would not do it because of a mistake they made nor were they doing anything to correct it and make it up to the customer. They are shady they are bad business do not deposit your money into this casino it is not worth it. Disappointing!
