- Opened an account deposited £40 and was asked to verify my account I uploaded a copy of my passport and took a selfie but for some reason this did not pass the test so I sent it for review. I have also messaged the support team and as yet I have heard nothing from them and my £40 deposit has basically been stolen. These sort of sites should not be allowed to operate with such a sill system of identification in place and for anyone signing up be sure you try any verification before you even think of depositing cos who know when you will be able to get your money back. I have given them 1 star for this reason as for the games on this site they look ok but as I cant play any of them 1 star it is.

- I should have read the reviews first. The runaround given for a measly $600 and yet they verified my ID and my bank card but my bank statements are blurry excuse after excuse. I reported them to the MGC Malta Gaming Commission as that who they got their gambling license from as they just keep giving prerecorded responses and no clarification on what and how it is bluey when it is a screenshot from my phone. I submitted a valid bank statement and my debit card details — but because my card (like most in Canada) doesn’t have a name or number printed on it they keep rejecting it despite the clear supporting documents. They’re just making excuses to avoid paying out.The customer service is useless and rude. They don’t help at all just copy-paste scripted responses go in circles and abruptly close the chat when you push for real answers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.The withdrawal process is clearly designed to stall or block your money. They drag verification endlessly and give no timelines or real support.
