- Have been trying to get a withdrawal for weeks now. Have sent documents with all the info. they ask for in verification section of terms yet still they ask for more. I dont know what more they can possibly need! Support is worst i have ever seen do not respond to emails and live chat is a joke. Started a chat and waited a week for an answer then nothing again for ten days. My next move is to contact gambling commission as i am wondering if this site is actually legit. Shame because they have good range of games that have decent play. AVOID.

lost my withdrawal?
- I requested a withdrawal for 1200 Pounds which never turned up in my bank. This has never happened to me with any other company I have dealt with. Slotsmagic claim that the money was sent provided me with an ARN number and told me to contact my bank to see if they could trace the payment. My bank confirmed that the funds have never arrived and told me it was slotsMagics responsibility to contact their bank. SlotsMagic have now requested that I get a written confirmation from my bank that they have not received the funds. They have also asked to see the last 4 weeks of my bank statements. Customer Service seem to be quite attentive but I have been told that there is a lot more that they could have / should have done at their end to trace this payment without inconveniencing me further. I am not sure whether this is correct or not. I will update as to whether I ever see my money and if I am forced to take legal action in order to recover it.
