• Ok so left good reviews before as honestly had good experiences despite some of the poor reviews. However not having a good experience with them just now. Was allowed to deposit then won a nice amount £400. Now the problems have started. Was asked for evidence of income. Now my withdrawal has stalled. I get they now need to ask for this now and maybe due to new rules they want to change my deposits limits but why wait till I’ve deposited win then cause me issues. I thought that’s wasn’t allowed? • I want to be fair so I will be. Verification process was like all other companies can’t avoid it was annoying but all cleared. Appeared to be all fine but as usual with all these slot companies they hate paying out. Deposited £150 and won £200 so £50 is barely a life changing amount they have to part with. They lied to me saying there was a technical issue after 3 days when 100% I know there was no issue I also know this because some other people have complained about the same LIES. Thing is this is fraudulent and lying like this can get you into hot water and honestly they should be taken to court to face the appropriate punishment. • Deposited £100 over a couple of days sent my documents in all verified and approved. Won £500 on a game so withdrew £400. Placed a deposit limit of £100 on my account. 24 hours later and withdrawal is refused and apparently returned to my account. It hasn’t been. No explanation except that can’t verify the account details? All docs say accepted! I’ve been playing and depositing for a couple of days. All a little too convenient. I had already provided my documents and was verified so this may have helped but within 48 hours the money was in my account. I was nervous after reading reviews here but have just received my 2nd withdrawal of £700 this was again processed quickly. • As far as trusted/regulated websites go this is correct and they do have quite a lot of choice when it comes to slots.However the withdrawal time is very poor and is never instant. • Taking PayPal was advantage and discovered a good selection of slots but regular ones I play considering they boast 3000+ they do not have.
