Monster Legends used to be a good game

• Social Point just keeps making Monster Legends worse. My breaking point was when they redesigned my favorite monster Bonbon. The redesign was not bad it was the fact that they deleted Bonbons middle stage. AKA Kid Bonbon. Just shut down the game. I know you are already destroying it. I will rate higher once Social Point actually listens.

Terrible cheating lying game

• Terrible disgraceful patronizing and above all useless. Monster Legends is one of their Apps. Its a cheating lying theiving game it doesnt reward you when you complete a task it denies the chance to recoup lost trophies by saying you already have when I had not even opened the game for 3 days. Customer service is abysmal takes minimum 3 days to hear anything back which is just the usual bog standard response I will pass that on to the developers. Rubbish absolute rubbish I know they have the capacity to but choose to do nothing at all. Just pathetic.

Mind aswell make your game for sale!

• The company wants the money of the player but they refused to make the game great. They just throwing ads everywhere and make you pay for wins its so disgusting how these company have the capability to do something but they just rather make a boring missions and event. Fix your game and make it great again.

Money pit and lack of engagement with players

• Social Point (now owned by Take2 or whatever) invented a great game some years ago with incredibly loyal players. But in the past 12-18 months the game has become pretty much impossible to play for free and an absolute money-pit for pay to win players. It used to be fun and engaging now its a conveyor belt of new monsters and items with no break. To find out that some players are offered favourable treatment was also a kick in the teeth.So many long-term players are now quitting and its about time SP engaged with their players to find out why.

Very bad company

• Very bad company. Was okay at the beginning but support highly variable and inevitably always needed as very buggy. It is poor value for actual $ spend. Very arbitrary with its decisions. Worse aspect of game though is probably because of theme and title it attracts a lot of the weird and wonderful as well as outright dangerous such as pedoes and psychos. Do not allow your children to play it as probably the worse example of a digital game on their behaviour.

We want your $’s!

• This is clearly a company existing for 1 thing money! Any problem you have in the game will get you to talk to their support who always rely on their broken record pré-built excuses. Never is a resolution proposed it’s always the fault of your wifi connexion or device never theirs. Strange coincidence most of the bugs outage or game related problem will occur during big event with the result that you end up putting in real money to catch up on something you would have had for free if their games had collaborated. Never any excuses never any token of appreciation if you’ve been with them a long time. Only important thing for them getting your $’s!

• Bunch of criminals and frauds.. they cheat you every way possible.. you do offers in their freebies island bs but they will deny you your gems.. even when you supply them with evidence of screenshots.. social point is liers fraudulent false advertising and GREED!!!Stay away from these scumbags!

Frustrating and money hungry

• I’ve been playing dragon city for several years and it’s just gone downhill. It’s now focused on getting you to spend money and if you don’t spend big bucks it’s frustrating to come up against those who do in all the various types of battle. They have frequent updates and release them too soon before making sure there are no glitches. Recently many had major problems for over a week but we just had to suck it up despite missing out on things. The adverts too have been taking a more prominent position. I find many of them offensive so much for the game being suitable for age 4+. As for customer support most responses are pretty generic. If you have a problem well it must be your wifi it’s never their fault. I am getting close to giving up on it completely and getting my life back who needs the hassle.

World Chef

• I’ve been playing world chef since 2016. The most recent update version 2.8.6 was released 2 weeks ago and now nobody can access the game at all. It crashed the entire game. Despite trying to contact Socialpoint via app reviews facebook linkedin instagram and email (which is no longer active) they are doing nothing about this. Their website ‘contact us’ feature does not work when trying to report a game issue and requires a user ID which you can only access from within the settings of the game (that nobody can get into). I’ve seen them ignore everybody on social media (for the past 2 weeks) who asks the same questions and requesting they fix the game.The website says to check your internet- mine is fine and to check your phone is on the latest update- mine is. I even tried to download an older version on my iPhone 6 which it let me do but then wouldn’t let me in unless I updated to the latest version but the latest version is not compatible so I still couldn’t get in.

Scam Company! They dont exist if you need help recovering funds or accounts. Pray on kids.

• I have two children who are obsessed with the Game. My children dont understand that nature of money and that this company is not ethical. We have now had many situations where we have lost money or have lost monsters we paid cash for. Lots of tears. Lots of hours trying to recover funds. I have never in my life come across a company that is a ghost online when it comes to phone numbers support tickets or any accountability. FAQ says talk to Apple for many issues. Right. Now the biggest issue is that I have two child accounts with serious time (years) and money invested and I cant even back them up. Facebook cant be used for people underage. And both kids are on the same Apple account as would be typical. You can only link one (and not even one is working). We are dead in the water if an ipad fails.. and one just did. I hate this company! Class Action!!! Someone please..

• Stole my gems let me die random in XMAS RUN a lot of bugs an universe of ads. And Pay Ads! The game DragonCity could be so much better if they not were (a word i must not say if you ask trustpilot)And the support is Impossible to contact.

Socialpoint.es is a incompetent fraud company

• Three weeks ago I tried to buy Bucket of Gems in the game Monster Legends. Every time I tried to buy I got an error message on my tablet that the purchase was not successful. I tried 3 times before giving up buying. I received no Gems in the Monster Legends game after my attempts. 7 hours later my account was raised three times 119dkr in total 357dkr ($ 66)The worst thing now is that it is impossible to get in touch with SocialPoint.esThey are completely impossible to contact! I have written to them 4 times by email through the game ML on their contact page for problems and through Apple ID. Nothing works and they are completely indifferent. They are some incompetent pigs. The company get 1 star from me but only because 0 stars is not possible here on Trust pilot :-(They have the absolute worst service I have experienced regarding online games and I never buy from the scam company again never! • I wish I could give you no stars. My Mother of 86 was playing a game of yours and it was not clearly posted that she would be charged. I received the bank statement. You succeeded in getting a whole big $12 from her. I hope you feel happy. I suppose if you steal $12 from a million people you would be rich. Good luck in the end though.

The Worst Company Ever

• Social Point is by far the worst gaming company to ever exist. Not only are the games developed by the company complete crap for their lack of content and pushing of advertisements but they are also home to the most micro transactions ever. I kid you not the amount of greed this company has can’t even be measured if it was shot into space and observed through the Hubble space telescope. Here are some examples of the omnipotent greed social point displays in their two main games Monster Legends and Dragon City: everything is a micro transaction… literally everything. From the collecting of monsters to in game events everything requires money. Around 90% of the monsters require money to obtain and the other 10% that aren’t paid for are useless. The games have beyond expensive chests for purchase that promise OP monsters but in reality it’s an RNG offer that claims to have drop rates but the link page doesn’t event open nor exist. Every game now has a battle pass available for purchase (usually around $10 USD) but social point takes this to a whole different level. Not only is the battle pass a huge scam BUT IT ALSO COSTS $50 USD. This was by far the worst f****** thing done in any single game. They pay walled half of the games features behind a $50 monthly purchase that doesn’t even come instantly you have to work for it. The biggest thing that was taken away was the PvP aspect. There were originally 4 crate slots available for free and could all be queued at once. After the s***pass was dropped the game removed the forth slot and made it only available for s***pass owners. Along with this the auto queue was also removed and locked behind the s***pass. The maze challenges that come out once every week are impossible to finish for F2P players. The maze is deliberately set up to get you to the end but not to the finish line. The clear intention behind this is for social point to require an in app purchase in order to obtain the reward. Lastly among other things to talk about is the dungeons. All the rewards are so underwhelming that they don’t even help after a week of playing. All other dungeons that give beyond amazing rewards are pay gated behind the worst f****** feature the game has other than the s***pass… categories. Category dungeons are events accessed in the dungeon tab of attack. These dungeons can only be played once you have obtained a certain amount of characters in a category sounds easy right? Well it isn’t. In fact it is impossible to do without money because all the category dungeons are require monsters that are non bred and only obtained through offers. I have more complaints to list but I will finish it off here. My final message F*** YOU SOCIAL POINT.

It’s a fun unique game!

• I’ve played this game for years: from before and after the major updates to the game. In this review I will explain what I’ve experienced what I think about this game and some of my favorite things about the game.First of all you can pay gems if you want… but you don’t have to! From Team Chests and Lucky Chests events like Runner Island simply leveling up and from the dragon Jewliem (get a free gem per day) you can easily earn gems if you just save them: only use them when you need them like to upgrade the Breeding Sanctuary or to buy a new island (before you just buy something it’s best to wait until something goes on sale; then you only pay half the gems you would have usually paid!). If you need more gold or tokens for upgrading or buying something save your gems and wait till you have enough tokens and/or gold! I don’t usually spend gems on a dragon because you can (sometimes) get orbs to summon a certain dragon for free from events and some of them you can breed. Just spend gems when you feel as though you absolutely have to and you will be fine.It is also true it can be a 1% chance to get a Heroic dragon from a chest… but they are very rare and hard to obtain for a reason. You most likely will get food from chests… but when you do get that Legendary or Heroic dragon from a chest it really makes you feel like you won the jackpot! You can also get Heroics in the Dragon Races; just be patient and get the items to move on as quick as you can; you don’t have to spend hundreds of gems to win first place (I usually only spend like 5-10 gems per race depending on how hard a task is and how far I’m behind). The reason why the rarer dragons are harder to obtain in the first place is because they are more powerful than a normal dragon; usually the rarer the stronger: Heroics are the rarest kind of dragon and are usually the strongest out of all the other dragons.Lastly there is an option to watch ads for rewards on the Dragon TV. (From there you can also take surveys for free gems; I once got a free 60 gems just from the Q/A surveys. Some surveys will ask you to click on a link and donate a few bucks for an organization for hundreds of gems. but if you don’t want to spend money just take the Q/A surveys that don’t require you to download an app or sign up for something either.) In the Dragon TV there is a list of ads with rewards that refresh about every eight hours. You can watch them but it’s not required. However it can help get those extra few Maze Coins you need to get that one dragon you want or get you that one more Puzzle Move to earn a reward. It can be a good little boost for something so I myself don’t mind watching a few ads to get a reward. If you decide to you can just skip the ads 10 seconds in. Sometimes you can even get that lucky ad that is only 5 seconds long! When you are done watching an ad it will give you the option to “Collect Reward” or “Collect Reward and Continue”; you can continue later with the ads if you wish. The ads will still be there and the ads will only refresh after about 8 hours.So hopefully after reading this nobody thinks it’s all for the money; it’s still an amazing game that I still play years later with tons of fun added to the game! I love battling with my dragons and collecting them is fun too! My favorite dragons are the Fudge Dragon Kite Dragon Shapeshifter Dragon and the Sustainable Dragon (I won him years ago from the original Earth Day event from my old account. I recently got him back thanks to the new update with the Dragon Rescue and summoning dragons with orbs!). The battle mechanics are fun the event islands are fun (favorite event island is Runner Island) and collecting these unique dragons and reading about them and their worlds are fun too! This is one of my favorite mobile games to play and I think it’s a great time killer!
