• I finished 10th in a tournament and received an email from socialtournaments saying I needed to be KYC verified and to email them the required information I did as requested a week passes and I get another email saying if I dont complete the verification my winnings will be forfeited I send resent the information once again 4 days later I get another email saying I only have 3 days left to provide the verification documents I sent them 2 more emails before my winnings were forfeited. • I sent them the documents for KYC 4 times because i was receiving the same mail to send them documents for KYC as they didnt received it. After 1 month i received a mail that says that i wont receive the price since i didnt completed the KYC process that i didnt sent them documents.
