- Save your money and use another site.If you win this company make it impossible to withdraw. Sent in my driving licence and water bill both were not accepted. Both were full in focus and colour pictures as requested but were both declined.So I did what they hoped Id do played off the Ā£670 and then closed my account.

- Love the selection of games but the withdrawal process is tough. They want payment verification but when they told me which cards with the last 4 digits they want photos of I do not own any of them. So now trying to contact them regarding this issue is a nightmare.

- Site seems okay. Lots of games to play. The only thing I think is ridiculous is.. the 60x wagering requirements on free spin wins... i won Ā£12 on free spins which isnt much to be fair considering it was on 108 free spins so before you can even make them winnings withdrawable I need to wager Ā£720 š thats wild. Youre better off skipping the free spin offers as 60x wagering requirements on winnings isnt realistic or achievable.

- Long withdrawal!Didnāt think it was bad at first but once I won Ā£70 and went to withdraw it itās been in pending for over 10 hours now and went on the chat and was told someone would look into this within an hour more than an hour has gone by and no communication back and still donāt have my money yet! Lack of customer service. Any other website takes an hour at most to get your funds back but not this one!!

- This casino is useless as Im still waiting for any explanation of what is going on with my account and the funds that I did win. They say my last deposit was from someone else account meanwhile I have proven and shown proof the funds I deposited was from my own bank account. Its been a month now and all I get is they are working on it. Well it dont take a month to pay out. Im actually feeling like they have no care to help anyone. - If it wasnāt for the rapid withdrawal it would probably be 2 stars! Not often you get a withdrawal that quick from anywhere so well done for that however a little disappointing in regard to service. - Really disappointed! Trying to withdraw my winnings and because I have an active bonus of 25p I cant withdraw my real money! Tried to cancel the bonus keeps saying error! Went on chat been waiting 70 minutes for someone to get back to me. Emailed too & no response. Happy to use the 25p bonus but it doesnt tell me what slot to use. I have been trying to have my account verified so that I can have my withdrawal process and my proof of address has been rejected twice now even though it clearly states my name address the issuer and the recent date of October.
