Awful experience

• Its a strange concept of asking for proof of income etc after someone has deposited and not before. You suggest this is to protect people from problems gambling but if people are trying to withdraw money then they are not gambling. They are trying to take their winnings. Funnily enough can still deposit whilst you await this documents but not withdraw. That makes no bloody sense. It also stated that youd only ask for documents if someone was going crazy spending. I put on £200. Which is small amount. Yet you asked for proof of money. Which I submitted. But two days later I am still awaiting this documents to be reviewed. I also have had no reply to my emails and cant seem to get a response on the live chat. I give it 24 hours or I am going to contact gambling commission.
