• Not sure why so many bad reviews. Site has been good for me. No issues at all. Redemptions came fast tourney winnings came fast rakeback came and they have a good layout and a ton of games. Customer support helped with any question I had. I play all the sweeps sites and have found no reason this site shouldnt be in the top 5 of your rotation

Careful

• Careful they will scam you if you try to redeem more than $100 at a time. I got a surprise $35 bonus for referring and friend and tried to redeem $120 but they stole $20 from my balance instead. Support did not care and essentially told me to go kick rocks.

I closed my account here but here’s my experience.

• I closed my account here. No matter how much I spent or how much I spun I never had ANY luck. Very responsive customer service. However the product owner kinda had an “F Off” attitude when I mentioned I was going to close my account. Told me to do self exclusion. Ivan the person I spoke to earlier was pretty cool. He advocated for me to get the 5 SC. Only gave me 5 SC but they went down the drain fast. Takes a long time to get from one level to the next. Really no benefits to their program. Wide selection of games and has a nice catalog of providers. Yes I know about RNG but there was no wow factor for me when I played cause I never won anything. Definitely my experience. Honest review

• I just opened Trustpilot to read some reviews of this site and I was surprised by how many negative ones there were. I played on this site around mid-October and had an overall great experience. The games seemed to have good RTP from what I recall although it is possible I just got lucky. I had several big wins they paid me out fairly quickly and support was actually helpful and friendly compared to most online casinos.The only real downside is the $500 per day max redemption. That cap is pretty low and can unfortunately lead some people to lose part of their winnings back while waiting. Overall though my experience was positive. When I felt I needed a break I requested a pause in play and they respected it without issue.I am not trying to invalidate the negative reviews here. I just wanted to share my genuine experience and let other users know that good experiences are possible and do happen on this site.

• Stackr abruptly closed my account and confiscated the $3000 i had in the account. They have been unresponsive since. Stackr offered me many promotional packages and I purchased them. I played roulette and cashed $6000 successfully. Theu stole the $3000 I had left. They sent me a generic email stating they closedy account and none of the BS reasons listed were applicable my account.

• Only site Ive signed up to that forces you to opt in to marketing on sign up. Also the offer a free 3 SC on sign up. I told support I wanted to opt out of anything with my phone number and I only received 2 SC. One reply from them within an hour of them joining chat and then the chat ended automatically. Nothing changed. Edit 1 : I had not clicked the star upon supports reply of this nor had the support on the site even mentioned to do that. Yet they very boldly claimed I had regardless whilst ignoring the rest of my review stating the underwhelming support on the site. Most of these sites hire overseas support or use AI agents to save money so nothing special there I suppose. Have a full screen recording of my interaction with support on sign up as well I can provide.Edit 2 : Receiving emails that theyre requesting more information to try and get the review taken down. First response to it was anger and second is them trying to remove it. Very telling of the people in charge.

No help with questions or warning of them leaving my state…

• I had played stakr casino for a while and a few days ago I had won and went to redeem which there kept being an issue so I contacted support and they said to just try it again so I try it again and it has the same problem and I go to contact support again and the website says i cant access it since im location restricted. I thought it was a mistake since I got no warning they would be stopping operations in my state and I had just gone on there less that 24 hours before so I contacted the email support and they said the my did in fact stop operating in my state. I asked follow up questions like why did I not get any warning whatsoever and am I still able to withdraw what I won or if I cant then if I am physically in a different state can I withdraw my winnings and they have since ignored all emails and questions.

• My experience with stackr casino has been ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!! I won a decent amount was only able to attempt a cash out of $500 of that per 24 hour period but the day after this attempt they claimed that I had multiple accounts because my friend and I both logged in from two completely different accounts with different namesand information but were on the same Wi-Fi address. Now they closed my account refuse to give me my winnings after I spent money on their site. I had read about them using this tactic to deny others their winnings but was crossing my fingers I would be one of the lucky ones. I shouldve listen to others warnings about this site being a scam for profit. Please stay away or at least dont spend any money I highly doubt youll be paid any winnings!!! I am beyond disappointed and I just want to save others from this frustration. Heed my warning stay away from this site and stick to the ones you trust and have cashed out from before. • Recived an email after i tried to redeem 200 dlrs to my PayPal accusing me of having duplicate accounts the other accounts were my coworkers that play under the same wifi network tried contacting them but no answer at all.stay away from this online casino. • Well to start off it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however due to my husband being literate I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me.
