• This site is a scam site. They force you through a third party to buy crypto but once it’s sent to their wallet they say they didn’t receive the money even though the funds are confirmed to have been delivered. The wallet shows to be for an account that doesn’t exist and when I contacted customer support they locked me out of my account. Highly recommend not playing here unless you want your money stolen.

Banned account for no reason

• They accused me of lying about an error with the system and then proceeded to ban my account. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have gotten no response. Not a very good experience with them at all.

• If I could recieve what I deposited I would feel better. It took it out of my checking acct but then the casino tells me it will email me when my funds become available. Well its been almost 30 minutes since I deposited and still nothing has posted to my acct. Wish screenshots were allowed so I can prove this is legit before they find a way to have it removed.

• I find the wonderful reviews for this casino shocking and not in a positive way. I purchased a welcome package about a week ago directly through their website and never received a penny on my account. I reached out to customer service and of course nothing can be figured out. Its crazy. I paid $20 total through my PayPal account and the wallet address was already pre filled in. I didnt type anything myself ok... And the site was their own site that redirected me to moonpay and the wallet address was already input. I never veered away from stackr unless their own site took me there and yet no one knows where my money went. I still havent received the money on my account and to make things even more strange I ended up having to close out my PayPal debit card because right after this happened I had two unknown charges come out of my account that I didnt authorize or do myself! Complete nightmare! Beware!

• So this is another one of the slot sites that I have been spinning on for the last year. I never won anything and I noticed that the daily wheel spin on this site although it has like 16 wedges. It only lands on 2 or 3. These were 0.10 cents SC 0.20 cents SC or no SC and only GC which the last one is what it lands on a majority of the time. I even explained very slowly with detail that those are not my accounts but accounts belonging to different members of the household as indicated by the registered name tab of the evidence they provided me. But no in stackrland if you share an address and last name you shall be deemed one person having multiple accounts. No website has ever responded so idiotically I have had one website tell us that only one of us can have an account in the household most other websites usually dont care once we verify our own accounts. • Ive been trying to support these guys for over a year now. I gave them a chance when everyone hated them. I even referred them to my 10k follower reddit group that is aimed specifically at these sweeps sites. I have given them over 50 verified personal refferals and over 3000 overall refferals. I have talked with most every support agent have helped them out time and time again... And kept faith even though they just KEPT screwing me and others over and making it just impossible to keep it up. But now Ive gotta be done with it all. Its gotten to the point its a fraud circle. Here is the truth of it all:Several times Ive been essentially assaulted by their support verbally with REALLY SHOCKINGLY rude responses and interactions... Things that are just nuts. Ive got about 4 dozen screenshotted emails and chat conversations saved up proving this.They keep having issues with basic KYC validation and instead of fixing them seem to wait to say anything until the player tries to redeem them ban them for things that the website itself caused ... Completely out of the players control...
