• Horrible service! I won 900 sc and redeemed it in 2 batches in April 2025 without buying any gc packages first. The last time I bought any gc was in October of 2024. Yesterday I won 500 sc and redeemed. Today I woke up to an email stating that I reached my 100sc limit. They canceled my 500 redemption but only left me 100 in my account. So they stole 400 from me. I spoke to live chat and basically if I wouldve bought a gc deal before cashing out I couldve redeemed the 500sc but because I didnt know that they took 400 and left me 100. They need to add that to their sweeps rules.

I tried explaining this to them and I couldn’t even get a response. • This site is a scam site. They force you through a third party to buy crypto but once it’s sent to their wallet they say they didn’t receive the money even though the funds are confirmed to have been delivered. The wallet shows to be for an account that doesn’t exist and when I contacted customer support they locked me out of my account. Highly recommend not playing here unless you want your money stolen.

• They accused me of lying about an error with the system and then proceeded to ban my account. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have gotten no response. Not a very good experience with them at all.

I was verified and cashed out 1 redemption but when I got my second win they pulled this. Glad now their processors refused to assist me in getting verified so at least I didnt lose money. Wish screenshots were allowed so I can prove this is legit before they find a way to have it removed.

Had awful experiences here and there but this one takes the cake

• I find the wonderful reviews for this casino shocking and not in a positive way. I purchased a welcome package about a week ago directly through their website and never received a penny on my account. I reached out to customer service and of course nothing can be figured out. Its crazy. I paid $20 total through my PayPal account and the wallet address was already pre filled in. I didnt type anything myself ok... And the site was their own site that redirected me to moonpay and the wallet address was already input. I never veered away from stackr unless their own site took me there and yet no one knows where my money went. I still havent received the money on my account and to make things even more strange I ended up having to close out my PayPal debit card because right after this happened I had two unknown charges come out of my account that I didnt authorize or do myself! Complete nightmare! Beware!
