They waited 3 days to tell her that she had used one too many promotions and she wasnt getting any of my money when I told them the only time Ive ever used. Anything was when you get send it to me in the Gmail as a special for being a good customer. The customer service rep said its in our rules. And I said its in your rules to send customers promos for being a good customer but you dont put in there but dont use this. And you said its in the rules. I said you guys are a contradiction. I want some action taken. Theyre not going to get away with this. • This company is a fraud I won a small amount of money in January of this year and I still havent been paid. The representatives state I need all of this extra stuff to collect my winnings. Said I need a Fed wire transfer routing number a swift code said my account cant be a virtual account even though I told them I have a every day individual senior checking account. I still havent been paid. I didnt need a Fed wire routing number for them to take my deposit.

• If I could give these people negative Stars I would give them as many negative stars as I possibly could. They are scumbag fraudsters. Dirtbag scam artists. If you even get close to winning a bonus feature they will block out the entire screen so that you cant see what the rest of the reels land on so that if you are about to get that third scatter or whatever its blacked out and they can switch it without you seeing. And if you get lucky enough to actually win a bonus future they will freeze the game and no matter how many times you reloaded or close the tab open a new tab clean your Cache and history relogin into the game again it will just keep happening then when you contact support they will act like theyre sorry and unaware and only give you an option to remove the stuck game which also removes the bonus feature that you win or have won. This casino along with all of its partners just like most of all the other online casinos are completely scam artists unethical and they cheat so that you dont win and they dont lose. I advise everyone to steer clear and for Gods sake do not give them any of your hard-earned money. Dont deposit a single red cent into this casino nor with any of its affiliates or sister sites. And be careful because from my experience at least 95% of all these online casinos are exactly the same.
