  • Not even worth the 1 star. I have now been waiting 4 months for a ÂŁ400 withdrawal. Each one bouncing back into my account after the 21 days. Live chat is useless and very unprofessional. They have paid out once on my very first withdrawal but obviously that is just to lead you into a false sense of security.I have emailed multiple times but have never received a reply. I can only assume the reason for this is the high volume of customers trying to get their money.I have now reported this and I see others have too I urge others in the same situation as me to do the same. This excuse of a company needs to be shut down as it is clearly illegal.

I asked him a reason for the delay and he came back to me with an answer read the information. When I replied him read what information then he started making some worthless funny comments like do you require coffee with the information.
