  • Just withdrew ÂŁ90 and it worked they withdrew fairly quick(within one day). Trying a bigger amount to see what happens fingers crossedThe bigger withdrawal has went back to “awaiting” which is what it did when I was waiting over three months review is back to a one star as I’m predicting they won’t send it. But will give it 5 star if they do.Update: as predicted same excuses as last time still not received. Luckily I know their business is struggling which is a relief.

  • Not even worth the 1 star. I have now been waiting 4 months for a ÂŁ400 withdrawal. Each one bouncing back into my account after the 21 days. Live chat is useless and very unprofessional. They have paid out once on my very first withdrawal but obviously that is just to lead you into a false sense of security.I have emailed multiple times but have never received a reply. I can only assume the reason for this is the high volume of customers trying to get their money.I have now reported this and I see others have too I urge others in the same situation as me to do the same. This excuse of a company needs to be shut down as it is clearly illegal.
