• Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI had a very upsetting experience with The Club House Casino. I won 5000 and when I attempted a single withdrawal of 4000 (leaving a 1000 balance in my account) the withdrawal and my remaining funds were suddenly canceled. I received a message claiming that my winnings came from a bonus and they adjusted my payout down to just 400+. On top of that the remaining 1000 balance simply disappeared from my account.I filed a complaint explaining that my winnings were completely legitimate; especially since their own system normally locks any bonus-related winnings until bonus requirements are met. Despite this nothing was resolved. What’s worse there seems to be no board regulator or commission overseeing this casino leaving players with no way to escalate issues.Based on my experience The Club House Casino feels unreliable and potentially bogus.
