- I have found the last 12 to 18 months enjoyable challenging yet fair. The clubhouse casino are a well organised online platform and are always supportive in all areas. - I want to remind those who read! The site administration BLOCKED my account on my birthday! because of my honest complaint about their site! 🤦♂️😂Today is my birthday! - They have bet limit on most games can’t put anymore than $5 on roulette so it’s harder for you to win also gave me some bonus so I couldn’t get my money back. - Do not play here. They have responsible gambling tools like 1 month account timeouts but they dont actually give a damn about gambling addicts. Applying a timeout to your account is pointless when you can easily contact customer service to have it re-opened and then youll have access again instantly. If they had any respect for their addicted players they would refuse to re-open the account. Ive dealt with other casinos that REFUSE to let you end a timeout early but Clubhouse will re-open it without question.Also their crash/aviators games are rigged. MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS PERFECT but the second I play these airplane games suddenly its non-stop losing and messages pop up about how my internet connection is poor and gameplay may be affected. Well organized scammers
- I suspect this could be one better and well organized plan for scam. They obviously had enough resources to build the site. I was able to withdraw multiple times up to the amount of €200 which is perfect way of gaining the trust. Earlier site errors and similar was sorted quickly after contacting support then once I couldnt log into my account then I decided to create new one without knowing it is against T&Cs but havent played anything on it. Contacted support about mistake Ive made and they said would let me keep my original account. Next time I was about to play I was suspended for bonuses then contacted them again where another agent didnt even wanted to hear me out nor asked a single question after How can I help. Obviously I havent played there ever since and I would advise you to avoid that web place.P.S - Ive gave review to their customer service as well but they dont seem to care about that neither. Also eventually Ive read a lot of bad things about them and found out they wouldnt let you take bigger amount as probabilities are multi retouched.P.S2 - They didnt want to hear or deal with the reason and then talk completely another story on Trustpilot.
