• I had some extra money & thought id try playing money factory again (last time I redeemed it took 3 months to get it) so I havent been on the site since.....thought id check reviews just to see if the redemption time frame was FIXED but nope same ol reviews months later people waiting & waiting on redemptions 🙄🤬 so unfortunately im not taking any chances on this site until they redo redemption times. Sorry money factory your losing this customer 😒 & probably a lot of others by what im reading here. DO BETTER! Why in the world would redemptions take months & months when ALL other casino sites take a few DAYS! Something very very wrong with that.

Absolutely ridiculous

• Absolutely ridiculous. I am very tempted to contact an attorney. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a 500 dollar redemption and by the looks of these reviews I have a feeling Im going to be waiting a lot longer. This website needs to be shutdown.

• Been waiting over 100 days for them to cash me out. They simply don’t want to I guess I would not trust this company as they can’t be held liable to pay out they will just keep it on hold forever.

Redemption times are terrible

• This is a great casino but the redemption times are terrible. There is no excuse for it. Because of this I wont play here again or refer anyone. Still waiting for a 600 redemption. They can do better they just dont seem to care to. Many other sc casinos I play are 72 hours or less. Too bad because the platform is great.

By far the worst redemption experience…

• By far the worst redemption experience Ive ever had. Ive cashed out with high5 and crowncoins for THOUSANDS of dollars at one time and never waited more than 24 hours even on the weekend. Its been almost 3 MONTHS for a measly $200 and still nothing

Cant Even Honor a $200 Redemption

• I am fully verified and have played at The Money Factory a few times and have even cashed out once before. I love the games and there are tons of them. It used to be a good option to play at but now when you go to redeem it acts like its processing it when in reality they arent redeeming anything. And the live chat isnt live chat it an automated computer replying that will get you no where except running in circles and when it says you will be receiving and email from management dont count on it no one ever even sends emails to address your redemption request or any other concern you might have so your better off spending your money elsewhere because evidently there is no chance of redeeming anything here. They are unable to redeem a measley $200 so that means they are running out of money or have already ran out. Used to be good not so much anymore.

Unfair Business Practices

• SECOND REVIEWStill waiting for a redemption from Sept 19th. When I opened my account in January2025 redemption time was 30 days - excessive in comparison to all other sweepstakes but doable. My contract with them has not changed. After one of probably 30 or so messages to support which is all AI they stated redemption is now 90 days - business days.To date they have refused to provide the date they changed their rules without notification. By law any changes MUST be sent to players and the player MUST accept that change in order to continue playing. I received no email no pop up no box to check. In addition changes cannot be made retroactively. Everyone should contact the AG in Delaware and file a report. These people have NO footprint in the USA only an LLC corporate address- so no telephone number or mailing address. They continue to solicit money from players but do not pay out. You should also contact your own Sate AG and file complaints with them and with the FTC. It is predatory and false advertising under FTC guidelines. The money factory assertion that by logging in to your account is your acceptance of their changes to their rules and terms and conditions is not legal at least not under USA laws.

Waiting since 7/31

• Second review been waiting for my redemption since 7/31 today is 11/19. Contacted multiple times have not received a single follow up email and get the same automated responses as everyone else now. Hope nobody is getting their hopes up. 99% sure this place is a scam.

Horrible redemption time

• Horrible redemption time. Doesn’t matter if they say it’ll take up to 90 days there’s no reason it should take that long when other places are near instant

The only thing the money factory did…

• The only thing the money factory did for me is help me stop gambling as much 90 days for a redemption really does get your panties in a bunch doesnt it? Been waiting for a measly 420 redeemed to skrill since 8/20/2025 skrill has them as a partner(Crazy right) anyways this site is not for anyone please keep writing 1 stars until the rating is where it needs to be. They have the money to pay us they just want to make us wait 90 days its a power trip so as of now Ill have my redemption December 28th 2025 according to them at the latest I doubt I even see it before the year is over insane If they were smart they would pay people quicker but we all know how stupid they are!

Beware/Redemption scam

• Beware! I am not sure if this is a legitimate online social casino. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for them to process a redemption! I have contacted them many times and they say that if I read the fine print I would see that they have up to 90 days to process a redemption! This is just crazy and seriously poor business ethics! Every other reputable online social casino takes 3 days MAX!

Waiting on redemption since AUGUST

• I’m extremely frustrated with this site! I have never had an issue. My account is verified. I have had prior redemptions with no issue. I submitted a redemption is August to Skrill and I am still currently waiting. I have contacted support and I keep getting the same automated response that a representative will e-mail me within 24 hours. Yet no one replied back for over a week until they updated their terms and conditions to let me know that ‘it’s not what we aim for but ‘certain circumstances’ it may take up to 30 days’. So I messaged support again with the simple question of what the ‘certain circumstances’ are that are holding up my redemption cos I’ve redeemed before with no prior issues. (Matter of fact I even previously wrote a review about how quick and easy the redemption faze was with them.) I only got same automated response everyone gets. With them just ignoring my question. So I wrote them again asking the same question as what the circumstances were that was holding my redemption. No response again until it came up on my 30 day mark. I was sent a response that the terms and conditions were updated again but this time up to 90 days. I have been waiting since AUGUST. With no real response. No help from ‘customer service’. I really liked this site until they lost the trust of most of their customers including me. It would be one thing if the support was actually support. When customers ask what the problem is and have a real truthful response. But instead we all are extremely frustrated cos we have put trust into these sites and sadly since they are poorly regulated they get to do whatever they want and not care about the actual people who play these sites. Just money in their pockets. Once I get a clear response from ‘support’ or if I EVER get my redemption I will update fellow trust pilot-ers. Waiting since AUGUST is absurd.

• Worst casino by far. If you are reading this review stay away from it with your hard earned money. They will do everything in their power to delay paying you. If you have read a negative review its entirely true. I redeemed on August 23rd. It is almost 3 months later and my redemption still has not been processed. They change their terms without you consenting. Run far away.

• Still waiting on redemption over 30 days they say it can take up to 90 days save your money do not play and you get the sane response from AI agents that just repeat the samething over and over

More stars would be given if processing…

• More stars would be given if processing time did not take up to 90 business days per customer support. I requested one other redemption from The Money Factory shortly after joining. That was about 9 months ago. My first redemption took just under one month to process and I thought that was a long time. . . It’s been almost 2 months since my second request was submitted. There are a few things that compound my frustration with this. You don’t get much with the daily logs ins on average maybe ten cents a day. There’s 100 SC minimum for redemptions. I estimate it would take literally 4 years to earn 100 SC through daily logs ins alone. So when you are waiting up to 90 business days for your redemption to process it’s a good bet that you paid in to get over 100 SC in your account. The Money Factory was running a decent promotion a few months back. They were offering 50% extra coins on your deposit up to a $200 purchase. If it didn’t take so long for redemptions to process I would have maxed out the promo. I’m nervous about waiting up to 90 business days for my redemption to process because I I paid in $100. What happens if they go out of business? Sweeps sites have been dropping like flies lately. What if the state I live in bans sweeps sites while I’m in the middle of a 4 month wait for my request to process? I don’t dislike The Money Factory. It has daily rewards good promos and a variety of games. Just feels like I’m playing a game of hot potato with my money and I don’t like that feeling.

• It seems that they rip people off . I put in for a redemption October 5 2025 it’s now November 17. 2025 and still nothing. You have let them context to your bank and kyc before even being able to request redemption. So I don’t see as to why it would take this long and no progress. I would not recommend this gaming site to anyone.
