- Still waitingI redeemed on 11/03/2025 for $1000 through Skrill since I was told it would redeem faster. Was super excited to receive this since I was moving states but it’s now currently 02/11/2026 and nothing. I’ve never waited this long for a redemption from a social casino and I really don’t understand the high volume traffic of redemptions that’s causing this backup. I am genuinely upset and I really hope I see this deposited into my Skrill account before my anniversary on March 23.

- This used to be a great place to play BUT now I’m waiting on 2 redemptions. One is from September 20 and the other October 4. I’m pretty sure I won’t see either of them. - I would give zero stars if I could! I’ve used the app in the past and used to have zero issues redeeming. I’ve now had an ongoing redemption request for $700 since September 25 of 2025 and they ended up changing their policy to where it can take up to 90 business days. It’s now reached the 90 business days and still no sign of getting paid. When trying to go through the chat support it’s always the same generated response and the “member of management” doesn’t seem to know anything because they’re “waiting on a response from the redemption team”. DO NOT waste your money with this casino!

Redemption Request Never Fulfilled
- I am sharing my personal experience so others can make informed decisions.I submitted a prize redemption request for $15000 on August 28 2025. I completed all required verification steps and am located in a state where the platform is permitted to operate. According to the Sweepstakes Rules redemptions may take up to 90 business days. That timeframe has now passed.After waiting beyond the stated processing timeframe I formally notified the company of my intent to pursue arbitration if the matter is not resolved. On January 29 2026 I provided written notice stating that if the dispute is not resolved within 30 days I would initiate individual arbitration through JAMS in accordance with Section 14 seeking the full prize amount applicable interest and recoverable costs and fees. I also stated that I prefer to resolve the matter without arbitration.I hope this situation is resolved soon but I believe it is important for others to be aware that processing delays may extend beyond the published timeframe.

- I am trying to redeem money through them and it is taking forever. I spoken with their customer service who says they cant even talk to you about redemptions and it has to be escalated to management. They said they would reach out to me in 24 to 48 hours but they never did. They finally replied to my message and said it can take up to 90 DAYS! This is insane!UPDATE: I still havent received the redemption money It has been almost 2 weeks now. I messaged their customer service and they just replied with the same exact message as before which was not helpful. They could not tell me where in the queue my redemption was or any estimate of how long it would take aside from up to 90 DAYS! REALLY POOR SERVICE
