• This site just gets worse every day it seems like. Now they’ve taken my promotions when I haven’t deposited in over six months due to no help from support and their unbelievable 90 business day wait rule. My kids grew a few inches before I got my last deposit processed literally. Guess it’s all another trick to get everyone to move to Spinzta but they also have the 90 business day rule and people are already having issues. I regret my rating for their new site. I only got paid next day cause it was brand new. Everyone having issues which is every customer just know there is plenty of good sites out there that pay instant or next and most pay within 2 to 3 days if not instant. The rtp doesn’t feel right either having played thousands of dollars on the same game compared to other sites. I’m an avid slot spinner but this site is below the red area. Trying to get help through support and you’ll be stuck in limbo in the grey area. No replies needed from The Money Factory. Same generic response I’ve gotten for 2 years now. • This now my 8th review Today marks 100 business days yes you read the right it’s been close to 6 actual months!! I still have not received any actual information on my redemption. Same copy and paste email - HiI completely understand you’re eager for a resolution. As I mentioned previously your redemption has already been escalated and is in the Redemption Team’s queue. We have not yet received any further updates but I’ll reach out to you immediately once we do.Wild to think it’s almost 6 months and my redemption is still “under review” also my redemption has been “escalated” for almost a month. This is the 4th time I’ve received this email. Also this was my email before does anyone notice the difference in wording conveniently now its 90 day “or longer” Redemptions are processed in business days (Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays) and per our Terms of Service they can take up to 90 business days or so during periods of high volume. Keep moving the goal post Is crazy!

• I have been waiting on my redemption since September 12th of 2025.It is now March 3rd 2026. This has been almost 6 months and far over the 90 days they promise. Do NOT play here if you ever want to see your winnings. They make you wait months so you play your money back into the site hoping to win more. The site is a scam they used to be quick with redemptions. It was 72 hours then 1 week then 1 month not it says 90 business days however its a lie.

106 Days Since Redemption And Nothing

• PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this casino. I put in for a redemption on 9/28/2025. And at first their terms and conditions stated that it could take up to 30 business days and about a week to two weeks into my wait time for my Redemption they change their policy to 90 business days. Well my 90 business days was up February 9th of this year and I still havent received my Redemption and when I messaged them clearly being upset they tell me to keep it professional yet theyre the ones thats not being professional by not handling their business properly. My Redemption request was only for $175 and today Ive read some of the other reviews that some of these people have put in Redemption request after me yes they had to wait but they still got their money before me can anyone please tell me how that is fair at all. • I have been awaiting a redemption from The Money Factory since Oct 2nd 2025. In a few days on March 2nd it will have been 5 months since I put in the request for redemption via Bank Transfer which typically takes 1 to 5 days (if this were any other company). I have been reaching out to them since about 2 weeks after I put in the request. I have contacted their support via Live Chat. The Live Chat tells me their Live Chat team cannot handle Redemption Inquiries. & That I should leave a message. When i email their support instead I get told that I am past the 90-day redemption timeframe to escalation window and they will escalate it to management for review. Would I like to Live Chat with someone ...so live chat doesnt handle redemption inquiries but the email support asks if I would like to Live chat with someone. I recently received a response maybe 2 days ago that called me a liar in not-so-many words because they didnt bother to read my message and made assumptions about what I was talking about. We would nevet make promises we cant keep. Like stating you will receive your funds in 24-48 hours (even though thats what my redemption email stated that wasnt what I had said anyway. I said that they keep telling me theyll get back to me with an update in 48hrs and they never do. Anyway long story short-er this is not the sweeps casino to go to. I was shocked because I originally was very pleased with their casino. The overall feel felt like it was 1 of the more legitimate ones but its clear that that isnt the case. Ive received my money in 3 days from casinos that look worse and have less games than Money Factory so looks arent everything. I tell you to go based on reviews. If you decide to proceed anyway I suggest putting in some other kind of request than a bank transfer. (I would use Skrill but Skrills customer support contacted me and said sorry. You cannot sign up for an account at this time. And they wont give me a reason why. ? So I was elated when I saw Money Factory had Bank Transfer.......wrong! 5 months for a transfer is absurd and feels fraudulent. They need to close. I have read many reviews across the internet: Reddit Facebook here where people redeem their $ but dont receive it. Its very sad.

• Still waiting on 2 redemptions I will never see from 9-20 and 10-4. They responded to my last review claiming they do pay out the redemptions but I haven’t seen mine. It’s been well over 90 days. I’m pretty sure this is a scam site now. It used to be a great place and quick redemptions but that definitely isn’t the case anymore. I warn anyone thinking about depositing to read all these reviews before you do. You WILL NOT get your winnings! There are many reputable places to play that will pay you if you win.
