• I wish I could give them a negative score. I’ve been waiting since 9-12-25 for my redemption. Every time I contact them in the chat or email which are the only ways to communicate all they do is paste the terms and conditions and say it’s still within the allowable time frame. The time frame which is in section 12.4 is up to 90 business days and it could take longer for any reason. Also they won’t tell why it’s taking so long. All they say is that there is no way to speak to the redemptions team. So I’m supposed to just trust these people. He’ll no! Oh and my redemption is $183. That is way below the $5000 that could take longer. I also redeemed to Skrill which they say is the fastest.

• I liked the site at first good games and i won $100. This was 8/31 and today on 11/1 Im still waiting on my winnings.... pretty crazy they changed the wait time 3xs while waiting. First it was 14 days then 30 days now 90 DAYS!!!

Redemption Hell

• So started playing with them as I’ve had an account but never used it. I won a major jackpot and cashed out 135. The first redemption lied and said instant redemption was available. When that didn’t pan out I decided to use Skrill because everywhere else pays out in 48 or less to skrill as The Money factory is listed as a Skrill partner. I contacted customer service who was unhelpful only to be told that it could take 90 days to get paid (Conveniently hidden in TOS while on redemption page they tote 72 business hours) Just feels dishonest and I just want my money. I will never use them again after this.

• I’ve been waiting on a redemption for 17 Business days and now my messages through live support and emails are going unanswered. I’m not sure why there would ever be a need for a 30 business days and now 90 business days for redemptions to go through. They’ve got to be better period!!!Update: they responded to me here but still haven’t responded to my support message or emails. The response as you can see below is cold and robotic like all of their messages have been so far. I can guarantee there isn’t 17 business days worth of redemptions in front of everyone and no review/redemption process should ever take that long. It poses the question about the financial stability of this site or it being a legitimate site all together. Will update if I receive my redemption but at this point I don’t feel hopeful I will… at least not in 2025 which is crazy to say!!

• They have a great selection of games but due to waiting for so long for my 3700 redemption I placed on 9/15/25 and I keep getting the same messages regarding said redemption. I can’t give any more stars than this. If I get my redemption I will gladly give more stars and a much better review 😊

Redemption issues

• Like everyone else the issue is the redemption times. Why is 90 business days acceptable? Thats almost 5 months. They say they are backlogged. Well that shouldnt be the players problem if you need to hire more staff then do that. If you need to pause deposits into the game until the respected players are paid out then do that. The problem seems to be cash flow with them they seem to be using new purchases to pay pending redemptions but I imagine that the player count is dwindling now that nobody is getting paid out I mean who in their right mind would play at any casino whos policy is Yeah youll get your money in 4 months.. You cant sit there and tell me Were backlogged at the moment when YOU are the ones setting all these parameters for a redemption YOU guys are the ones asking for proof of residence and copies of the debit cards and what not. • I won $108 in September thought I would get the money within 30 like other social casinos. After 30 days came and went I inquired about the redemption and they said it could take up to 90 working days for me to receive my payment. They dont even offer gift cards like other sites. I do not want to even play with the free money anymore. It isnt worth it if I have to wait this long each time. There are too many other sites that are immensely more efficient and caring about giving prizes out in a timely manner.

• I have been waiting for my 100 dollar redemption since August 16th. Now they tell me that it could be as long as January 29 2026. Thats 5 and a half months. The worsed casino out there. Dont waste your time or money. I play on a lot of casinos and the longest time I have ever waited for a payout on any other casino is a week most are way less. • I have been playing on this site for over a year and have never really had any issues until recently. The payout timeframe is absolutely ridiculous!!! I submitted 2 withdrawals one on 9/20/25 and one on Oct 7th. I have yet to receive either. They are quick to take your money when making a deposit but drag their feet when it comes time to payout. Im beyond upset to say the least. And its quite unfortunate because this company will continue to lose customers due to their slow payout and lack of communication. My original email stated the redemption will take 3-7 business days but after talking to support multiple times they stated during busy times it can take up to 30 business days. I finally reached back out after 30 business days and they stated Unfortunately we havent received an update on your redemption yet. Rest assured that your redemption is active and in the queue. After finally reaching back out well over 30 days they tell me it can take up to 90 days. It should not be this hard to process redemptions. According to their terms and condition does that means I will have redeemed on August 25th and can have to wait until 2026 to get it. Save your time don’t use this site.
