• Second review was a 2 start but Im putting it down to a one star because this is unbelieve. The way they keep putting out these deals for %100 deposit match every other day and still dont have money to pay out people is ridiculous! I also dont understand how they keep up the 4 star on their site on this platform when most of the reviews are negative.... Guess ill just have to see what happens?..!!

• I will update if and when I get my redemption. This is getting a little ridiculous. I put in a redemption request of only $100 back on sept. 25. It STILL shows pending. I have talked to a couple different customer service reps and just keep getting their generic pre-typed responses. I could see them making people wait a little bit if their wins are huge or if they won solely on like log in bonuses. But if you purchase coins and win they should not take this long. I have won on 6 other sites and got my redemptions in the amount of time it has taken this single one. Not good business.

• $1100 pending since 7/31 today is 10/12. No real responses to emails. Had a redemption earlier this year not get paid for 2-3 months before I cancelled and restarted the process. So really about 5 months In total without receiving my redemption haha. Definitely not getting my hopes up and neither should anybody else. I kind of saw this coming after the first attempt at redeeming though. Only leaving this review to let others know that this site seems to be officially tapped out. Still sending me 4-5 emails back to back everyday though. Kind of pathetic and desperate tbh

• I put in for a redemption on 8/13 and almost exactly 2 months later it still shows pending. It took more than a month to get an email from an actual person and even then it was blown off and I was told it had been escalated to management and would hear something soon. After another week I sent another email to just get the same generic response. In August when I did my redemption their rules stated 30 days now thats been updated to 90 days. They claim its first come first serve yet I see reviews here of people who requested their redemption AFTER me that have already gotten theirs. This is absolutely unprofessional and people will not continue to use your site if this is what they have to go thru. There is absolutely no reason why redemptions should take 2 months or longer when a lot of casinos can get you your money within a couple hours.

• Dont trust them I think these reviews above 1 are scams. They’ll say redemption is only a couple days but then you’ll be waiting a month or two or later. Go look up on Reddit and other review boards and you’ll see the truth. I believe the lord will destroy this casino from the inside and out. Because the do the work of the devil. They purposely delay redemptions and will give you the go around from other people’s testimony and from my own I have spent hundreds and they have not cashed me out and it has been weeks. There is a part of me that believes they might be waiting for people to spend money on the website to backpay the others. Essentially like a pyramid scheme. Now I am not sure but either way they are purposely doing it. I don’t believe for a moment $1 million company isn’t doing it. We all know why they would want to delay this process. Be careful to not be fooled by people like this.

Still waiting for a skrill redemption from 9/26. Once you learn their rules give them 30 business days to honor your redemption why would you ever play here again. To The Money Factory quit making excuses in your responses to the reviews. If you want to keep any business or care to be competitive in this industry figure it out asap. • Fun games slow times on redemptions. And your team should clarify when speaking to people that you mean 30 business days. And i think theyve extended it to 90 days now.I wont be making any further purchases. Started a redemption on August 29 and its now the 10th of October.In my mind thats 30 days at least Come to find out its only been 18 days to them. • Im not sure what happened to this casino but I am almost sitting at the 30 day mark on one withdrawal and 2 weeks on another I am kyc Varified so whats the hold up. Do not play here because it looks like they will take your money. I mean when other casinos get faster and instant withdrawals theyre talking about up to 30 days and its almost been 30 days its ridiculous. • Well like everyone else is saying they have great games as far as game play and games the money factory is or was my favorite but I had never won enough for me to request a redemption until 8/23/2025 I won 2500 well I requested redemption on 2500.00 to Skrill account and I am verified all my info matches on my payment method account and Skrill account and now I have been patient and waiting because their terms and conditions claim it could take up to 30 business days so I waited and that came and went I’m at like 35 business days now and each day I am checking up on it to receive the same response that a manager is reviewing and will update me with info as they get it but I have never heard anything back from them unless it was a message I sent and they are giving me the same reply it honestly don’t make sense that anything in this world on the internet could take over 30 days to process I could go on my phone right now find any car I want apply for a loan get approved and have the car delivered to my driveway within 48 hours but a company who handles payments and redemptions in my opinion that if they cannot keep up like all the other websites then why has who ever is in charge not got some people working that are gonna get it done. The worst part about all of this is it say 30 days in terms of service but once you pass the 30 days it’s just like well now we will escalate it but I have not seen any results from that either.
