• I have been waiting since 08/08/2025 for a $600 redemption. That’s over 4 MONTHS and much longer than their now “90 day” timeframe. When I placed the redemption it was 1-3 days. They are a complete scam and clearly robbing Peter to pay Paul. Or robbing Peter and Paul to pay themselves. I see people up in arms here about not receiving their redemption from October or November. I’ve been waiting since AUGUST. This is absolutely shameful on TMF. Unless they do a complete 180 and PROVE to everyone they can be trusted by paying all money owed no one should to deposit a single dollar to their site. People can understand a business running into trouble but continuing to accept money from unsuspecting people knowing they aren’t going to pay them is unacceptable. PAY people their money “The Money Factory” !!!!

Account lockout scam

• The website worked perfectly in the beginning. I won a few jackpots I was ready to redeem my winnings and poof logged out automatically and when I went to log back in now im magically out of region talked to support they blamed my ip address I tried multiple different ones now Im locked out of my account with my 2k in winnings sitting there . Do not put your money on this site as you will not be able to withdraw any winnings.

• This place is a complete scam and refuses to pay you any winnings! Its been since July I made a 150 dollar redemption an I still havent received it! They block you from talking to anyone in customer service claims it has to be a manager an then if course you never hear from anyone! So Ive decided to start a class action lawsuit against them an Im sure all the people there ripping off that have left reviews on here will join me!

So I had messaged support and told them and asked them what was up with my withdrawal because on the site it pacifically says instant withdrawal funds available immediately if used Pacific banks which I did well when I asked about it they told me that respond in about 24 to 48 hours for management. It didnt come. So I messaged them and told them that it was false advertisement and I claimed and told them that I was going to file a lawsuit proof advertising so out of spite. They literally closed my account. They took my winnings and made it to work. I could even sign into my account they even admitted to false advertisement and everything so I would not waste a single dollar on the site they will take your money and then when you try to argue with them they will close your account and completely take your winnings. They are untrustworthy uncaring and its ridiculous.

If the real maximum wait time is months it should be clearly stated upfront — not after the fact when your money is already stuck in a queue.Customer service repeatedly told me they couldn’t provide any additional information and that everything has to be sent to “management” who ultimately can’t give a concrete update either. The responses all feel like scripted delays rather than actual help.I feel misled frustrated and stuck waiting indefinitely. When reaching out they extend the time frame and they make it so logging in is you agreeing to their new terms and conditions. They dont let you know the changes only that you logging in will be you agreeing to it. To be able to speak with a team member you must login. Very shady.

LIES is all I get from the same person danielle. The same scripted over and over. I will be contacting the gaming commission ftcBbb and and attorney if this isnt made right. • Longest redemption of any online casino. I put my first redemption request for the minimum amount of $100 in on Oct 29th. To be paid to my Capital One checking account. Nov9th I edited the request to be deposited into my Skrill account. It is now Dec 7th and still a pending redemption request. I read the fine print which says typical first time requests take 0-72 business hours which is 0 - 9 days. I contacted support 4 times in a 3 day period. Was then told it could take 90 business days for verification purposes.. minus weekends and holidays would be March of next year. Ive completed all my verification requirements for Money Factory Capital One and Skrill. I have contacted the casino and asked if there anything else I could provide to help facilitate this process faster.. same answer.
