• Don’t let the 1 star reviews scare you. The money factory has always been good to me. When I first started I consistently deposited $1000 a week because of my host Jared Jared got a promotion and they ended up giving me a guy named Dakota. No shade at Dakota but he just wasn’t comparable and is kind of why I haven’t returned in a while. Money factory was one of my top casinos instant withdrawals but when Dakota took over it’s like I lost all my vip privileges didn’t recieve bonus SC anymore free spins nothing honestly hard to even get a response from him. Money factory was a site that I started with and has always been good to me until recently but one bad employee doesn’t speak for the company. I’d love to start playing here again if they would reach out and consistently treat me like a vip player because if not I’ve found plenty others that will I just will always have a spot in my heart for TMF.

• I should have listened to the other reviews before depositing. I have been waiting now for over 2 months and fear I will never get my first redemption. The customer service is almost all AI as well which from my experience at over 40 different online casinos is not the standard. The Money Factory and Lonestar Casino are the only ones who have held my prize back for so long. Stay far away.

Here you will be waiting AT MINIMUM 5 months and mostly likely will never be paid out. This is clearly a scam that is going to shut down at some point in 2026.I have 5.2k of withdrawals from October 5 2025 that have not (and will never be) paid out. If you search through this site you will find reviews from July 2025 or earlier that have still not been paid out. The terms of service stated 30 days maximum at the time I started my withdrawal and they updated it to 90 days (OR MORE) later on. Legally the terms that state 30 days are what apply to my requests. I have checked with a lawyer and will be persuing this further but it will unfortuately eat away at my winnings. There is no way to communicate with anyone at TMF aside from an AI chatbot. If you do get a response it is always a copy pasted message about high redemption volumes causing delays. If you have 8+ months of the same issue how can you possibly claim that the number of redemptions is not normal???For anyone else dealing with the stress and frustration from this scam I wish you the best of luck.

• I requested my redemption on September 4th 2025. So I did the math. Right around 30 business day mark if not the same day they up and changed it from 30 business days to 90 business days. But i noticed that they also say it could take up to 90 business days or longer...so wait a minute so it went from 30 days to 90 days to 90 business days or longer...WHAT IS the or longer suppose to mean?! I mean Because to me its like they are basically saying that it could be 100 days of 120 days of 300 days or...never! Like WTF?!! I MESSAGED THEM ON Friday JANUARY 16TH AND THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED SURPRISINGLY THAT THE 90 BUSINESS DAYS MARK WAS UP FOR ME. BUT THEN BASICALLY GAVE ME THE SAME Answers THEY HAVE BEEN Giving THIS WHOLE TIME. ABOUT THE HIGHER VOLUME OF REDEMPTION REQUEST AND ALL THE OTHER BS EXCUSES THEY HAVE! • Still waiting on my reception from September. Online support is non-existent. I was told by 90 business days I should be paid and no one will reply with what that date should be. I know someone speaking to a lawyer about a potential class action lawsuit. I submitted a withdrawal for $240 on August 31st and despite reaching out several times have not received any funds. • The money factory has a wonderful name and fantastic games and a variety to choose from. They are also one of the only online casinos that offer fantastic wonderful captivating ways to get you to buy coins with some of the best percentage coin packages available on the market today. So you have wonderful games to choose from. Great variety. Fantastic bonuses allowing you to almost double your coins when you get started. However none of that makes any difference. If in the end you cannot get your redemption. I knew before I spent money with the money factory that my redemption would be delayed. I knew that I would win because I always win. One of the first times that I engaged with the money factory. It took a couple of weeks to get paid but I did get paid. And I knew that it would be delayed when I put in my redemption request. What I didnt know is that so many people as you read here on the reviews have not been paid which is worrisome. Their customer service will respond to you very quickly. I have no idea if its AI or a real person that responds but it is the same message saying 90 days. My prize and mega frenzy will literally redeem you and have money in your bank account within an hour. Most online casinos pay you within three to five business days. Not the money factory. I have a redemption for $250 from Christmas that I had redeemed to my bank account which has never happened yet. So the other winnings for redemption I decided to try on Skrill and I still have not received my money nor do I think I ever will. Ill remove this comment once they pay me but I dont think that makes any difference leaving a comment here or not. Do Not Recommend – Still Waiting on Payouts

• I would strongly advise staying away from this casino. At one point it was decent but something clearly changed and payouts stopped altogether. I can’t understand why anyone would play at a casino that takes months—or longer—to process redemptions.I submitted redemption requests on September 20th and 21st 2025 and as of January 15 2026 I still have not received a single payout. I have not played on their site since September 2025 and am still waiting. They continue to claim that my redemptions are “in line” and that I will “eventually” be paid which is completely unacceptable.Customer support is no help at all—you only receive automated AI responses with no real answers or accountability. Worst Experience of My Life

• This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I have over 700000+ social media followers and was recommended to play TMF. Do you believe that I redeemed $2100 on 10/04/25.. it is January 14th 2026. Almost every week for the past 3 months I have tried reaching out to support for my redemption which they keep saying is “being processed.” Lol please. There is absolutely no way it’s still being processed that doesn’t even make sense. TMF gets probably millions and millions of dollars from players every year and takes over 3 months to process a redemption? Not buying that at all.
