Looking like a SCAM! Waiting on 9-20 and 10-4 redemption
- Well STILL waiting on 2 redemptions. One is from SEPTEMBER 20 and the other is from OCTOBER 4. The response to one of my reviews was “we do pay”. That statement was quite amusing. This used to be a great place to play and now they seem like nothing but a scam. I will be filing paperwork based off another players review if I don’t get paid soon. Places like this should be shut down and forced to complete the redemptions. I will update daily with the paperwork process. I encourage everyone who hasn’t received their redemption to do the same thing because YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

- I’ve been waiting on a redemption since September 13th. When I contacted them they said it would take a few days I contacted them and they said it would take maybe 14 days I contacted themAgain and they said 90 business days according to their “updated” terms. As it stands today it’s been 5 months and they keep giving me the run around. I’ll update this if they finally pay me😪

- Its been 108 business days and I NEVER received my redemption. They tell you that you have to wait 90 business days to receive your redemption but I never received it. I tried several times to contact their so called customer service and the AI generated response say it cant help with redemptions but has passed on the information to their so called Management Team. Do not play on this site you wont receive your redemption even after their horrible 90 business days wait period. If I could I would post pictures of the actual responses I receive from them on here to prove that I never received mine.

- Terrible that they want to hold your winnings as long as they do. This is quite the little scam they have going. Yes I understand the TOS stating it may take up to 90 days or longer. I am quite certain that they have a fraction of the volume of other sites I frequent while the others can have my redemptions processed and in my acct within an hour. I think it quite comical that the response to another review was We would like to assure you this is not a scam. Id give 0 stars if I could. Most definitely will not make another deposit and would suggest the same for all. Just glad I only dropped $5 and ran it to $200. Stay away from here!

1700 redemption delayed past 90+ days — ignored copy/paste support
- I submitted a $1700 redemption on 02/12/2026 and completed all verification they asked for. Since then I’ve messaged support 6 different times. I was ignored twice and the rest of the time I only get the same lazy response about “90+ days.”It’s now past that and there’s still no payment no real explanation and no actual help. What’s crazy to me is they have no problem letting you spend money whenever you want pushing “packages” and deals constantly. But when it’s time for them to pay out instead of you buying suddenly they can’t send the money and you get stalled for months.This feels completely one-sided and honestly shady. If you’re thinking about spending money here just know you might be waiting indefinitely when you try to redeem with support that ignores you and gives copy/paste replies instead of fixing the problem.

Crazy payout wait
- Been playing for 18 months with them was great for the first 6 months! Redeem was ok ( within a week in my account) and great package price! But then took over a month for redemption. SCAM SITE DOESNT PAYOUT WINNINGS
- Customer service Is non-existent with this gambling platform. I ORIGINALLY hit for $200 back in the beginning of DECEMBER 2025. I requested a redemption of the $200 right after I won the amount. I waited 30 days and it still said pending under the request so I canceled it tried for a lower amount thought it might go quicker this time I requested a redemption for $100 waited 20 days no payout. Try contacting customer service numerous times only to receive help from a non helpful AI chat bot there is no live customer service theres no way to talk to a real person and if they do they keep telling you in their fine print it says that payouts can take up to 90 days. Because of high payout volumes which I highly doubt that they constantly have so many people winning and cashing out over $100 cuz thats the minimum that they cannot get to mine since December. So I decided to try again with two different redemption amounts each $100. One in FEBRUARY 2026 (which I have STILL NOT RECEIVED) and one for MARCH 2026 for $100 (STILL NOT RECEIVED) . I strongly believe this site is a scam site and so far has not been worth my time or recommendation to anybody else except for negative. I want paid out what I won. It also on their says that if you certain banks are attached to your account that its an instant cash out which I had my US Bank attached to my account which is supposedly a instant cash out bank and it wasnt so again I was lies about how quick their cash out / redemption is.

- Bought one of their coin packages and ended up winning 300 dollars on August 15th 2025. The redemption still says pending and every time I contact their customer support I get a run around answer and reassurance that the money is arriving we are now coming up on 7 months which is unacceptable I will never deposit here again.Do not play on this site they will never pay if you win.

- I have waited over 2 weeks now for my redemption. Received an email immediately after redemption stating I would receive my winnings within 0-72 hours. When I attempted to reply to the email no response. So I started a chat with customer service in regards to the delay online I received a bot response stating customer service cannot assist with redemptions and that there is no way to speak with anyone that does. Continued by basically stating... They are busy and Ive done the redemption so leave them alone and it will be processed when they are damn good and ready followed by a timeline of maybe if youre lucky and everyone leaves us alone it could be approximately 10 business days.

- October 2025 I purchased a small amount of coins at The Money Factory online casino in other words I deposited. Play was normal I got lucky with a spin and suddenly was up almost $200. I played longer well past playthrough requirements. I decided to cash out request redemption. I gave bank account info which at the time the site had displayed that my Bank qualified for Instant withdrawal my bank was listed for instant payout. I already KYC verified. After submitting redemption request nothing happened no withdrawal processed instantly nor within 90 business days. Ive emailed multiple times. Same robot responses and that typically withdrawals take up to 72 hours and in some cases up to 90 days BUSINESS DAYS according to Terms & Conditions. Ive continued to check status by email and usually the same automated response. They say Support doesnt handle redemptions. I ask for a live agent eventually the agent says your request is still active and will be processed when it reaches it place in the queue yada yada and that everything is normal. It has now been over 90 business days and still same song and dance! No redemption processed after 90 business days. If I ever receive the payout I will update this post. If not I will post a link with the email dialog and screenshots.

It’s been 90 business days as per their TOS but still no update. Any time you mention redemption you get an AI agent and then routed to a supervisor which they Rolodex through the same 3 people. Don’t spend your money here because if you win you will wait a very long time with no resolution.
