I never got my redemption after 90 days AND after 90 days if you try to view your redemption status on your transactions it will say No Records Found thats because it only shows up to 90 days then it disappears. And customer service is only AI generated responses.

Lie cheat and steal

• First week of December I sent the required amount of $100 in for redemption. Its is now Dec 31st and I still have not received my money. I have provided all the verification they needed. They sure do take my money with a couple clicks but when it comes time to get your money back out they tell you up to 90 days after your request even gets looked at. My request hasnt even been looked at. Then Ill probably have to wait another 90days. I have wrote several emails asking what is going on and they just tell me were working on it your redemption is pending. They say theyre busy for the holidays but I doubt they have tens of thousands of people trying to redeem at the same time. Because how difficult can it be to look at a redemption request and hit approve? I can do that like 200x or more a day and they have multi employees. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was ignored multiple times. And the funny thing is I have redeemed with them once before and it didnt take this long. They said after the first time redemptions are quicker. Now I NEVER EVER. EVER. EVER!!! Write reviews good or bad. But I am so disgusted with the lack of punctuality because they advertise they have fast redemptions and all Ive been given is the finger Do not DO NOT DO NOT play here. They require u win 100$ In Order to redeem and just like all other online casinos the games are 100% rigged. They say theyre not but you can literally watch roulette tables and each table has the ball flying up or bouncing in their own unique ways. And NOTHING like a in person table. But of course thats why theyre in third world countries to have no gambling board come check. And now worst of it all they lie about being so backed up they cant even look at my order. So theyre planning I forget about my account for 90 days so they can keep my money. I know thats what theyre doing. Why else make obvious lies and say theyre backed up for the holidays when Ive literally been redeeming with many other online casinos and not a single one has given me a BS excuse theyre to busy. • I mean it just gets to a point where too long is too long. Almost 3 months now and now redemption. That’s bad. How does that even happen. That is really bad. I know they pay because I’ve waited before. Even then though It wasn’t this long. When I asked about my redemption and said oh this is about when I received my last redemption. At about the 2 month mark. The customer service person then wrote pretty much saying they have 6 months to pay you. I would play here too. Like make more deposits. It’s just out of hand with the redemption time. It is starting to worry me now. So like I said I’m 90 percent sure you will eventually get paid. If you don’t mind waiting a long time for redemptions this is actually a pretty good site.

• Today is my 90th business day from August 23 2025 for $5000 to my bank account which is still pending and still been lied to every single time that I’ve talked to somebody as of today I’m giving the money factory their 30 day dispute before I file arbitration so if they go past their 90th business day I can file an idr with them and that’s what I’m doing …. I have waited long enough for money I won fair and square and I’m done with the games so as of today they are getting their 30 day notice of dispute to make this right other Wise. The company told me that their policy allows them up to 90 days to redeem 🤦🏾‍♂️ which is legal I guess but boy does this hurt. First off you’re a casino you should be paying winners because there are way more losers than there are winners. I’ve talked to several people who have waited past the 90 days!!! I’ve talked to a manger via email about my redemption and said you’re a manger you can clearly approve my redemption (they didn’t respond back) so I purposefully cancelled my redemption and torched my money balance. (It was like 500 bucks) just so I don’t have to think about this place anymore. God forbid had I turned that 500 into something major like 5000! Anyway it seems ppl aren’t being paid even past the 90 day mark. So they’ll keep changing the TOS while money is still pending. It will be 120 days then 180 days then when you log into the website you’ll get that fancy little “cannot display page” message. I repeat DO NOT respond to this message you have all these people working with messages both here and in email I even talked to a MANAGER! But yet no one with the authority to approve a redemption. The company is insolvent is my guess. But your guess is as good as mine. • So i made a redemption back on august 28 they started out saying it would take 5-7 days to process payment that time came and went. Then i made an inquiry on the status of my redemption after this period and they told me it would take 30 days. They then refered me to the terms and conditions that said the maxuium wait time was 30 days. That time came and went. the day before the 30th day i was supposed to be paid out i made another inquiry into the matter. Without telling me they changed the terms and conditions to 90 days. You would figure in this time i would have recieved payment. I did not it is now the 28th of december and i still havnt been paid!!! Every time i make an inquiry i get the exact same response. Its funny because every other big name casino like STAKE pays out in 72 hours because it doesnt take 90 days to process and ACH payment. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! They will not pay you. • Been waiting on my redemption since 7/31. They used to be legit but is now a scam casino. I haven’t been able to actually receive a redemption since February 2025. Do not give these people any of your money. They are clearly cash poor and collecting whatever they can to pad their pockets knowing they will not be paying out any redemptions. • Only thing good about this site is the variety of games. Poor customer service generic responses to inquiries about redemptions. VERY poor excuse for why redemption times take a LONG time. Every other site out there takes under 48 hours. I waited for almost 2 weeks with TMF then gave up and purposely lost my money just to be done with it. Reviews of quick redemptions are not true.
