- Waiting since 13th January for winnings that was deposited to my bank account Nothing was received. On 24th I received an email to provide by bank statements so their team could check what funds I received from them. Its strange that during this time any Payid deposits made were refunded directly to the bank account my winnings should have been received in and they couldnt put any withdrawal requests in the same account.
