• Lucky to get 1 Star - I deposited £30 almost 1 week ago and decided to withdraw £40 because they do not offer live casino games. After my withdrawal request they have temporarily suspended my account and asked my to provide an image of my ID and bank statement of the last 30 days. This was provided 4/5 days ago and I still havent received an update. I spoke to an agent this morning and was told there is a back log for my query so the minimum response time is 72 hours and they are unable to provide a maximum response time!!! Great way to treat new customers Tombola no problem taking my money but a whole different story when you withdraw it. By the way this is only £10 profit that I requested to withdraw I do not expect to get any money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!

• ge ive played on tombola for some years ive mental health issues and this helps me too switch off whilst i am playing today ive had 2 phone calls of the safe team and the second person in her wisdom even though i point out what affect it would have on myself if i cant play and yes i cant make a deposit they have not even gave me one day or more too play whilst i send in 3 months of bank statement i am a disabled person and for what they have done as only added too my condition you dont treat any disabled person in the way that they have towards myself so becarefull as its not all smiles like on there tv ads ty stay safe x

• I am totally discussed by tombola I have been playing for around 15yr have recommended friends and family to the site. They now had me send in 3mth bank statements payslips and previously passport .driving licence ect .they now decided I cant afford £50 a week or even £10 a week .disabled my account whilst playing .said the tried to call and emailed me which I had neither .you were ok taking my deposits when it suited you and sending me codes to entice friends and family onto the site .but now you decide i cant afford to gamble ? Absolute farce ..couldnt even say goodbye to friends ive chatted to on there for yrs .just cut you off.they are losing players by the 2nd and cant see them making any profit from bow on ..u are a nasty firm treating your players the way you have done ..totally discusting ..who the hell are you to say I cant afford to play on your site ..but happy before the gambling authorities got onto you to accept every penny of MY money .

• VERY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve been a member for a few years now. However I’m very angry with Tombola. My account has been disabled out of the blue. I’ve called them and they’ve ask me to send a few documentation such as ID (which I’m okay with) but also my bank statements. I mean why? They are being a little to extreme and personal. They don’t need to know what is in my bank as long as I can afford to play it’s my business. Am I playing some bingo or applying for a loan or mortgage. I’ve never seen this much violationI WONT BE RETURNING BACK

Disable account of regular players

• Disable your account if you dare say you have lost any money. Ok to tell everyone how much youre winning though. Been a regular player for numerous years. Was speaking to the regulars and they deactivated me because I had said I had hit my limit with no win. I then set a lower deposit limit and 24 hours later my account was blocked. Funny how youre allowed to say how much you win though. Like last week I was congratulated for my wins. Play at your own risk. Asked me to send in a bank statement. Made me do this a few times in the past to if you want account reopening. Not allowed to black out any personal transactions either.
