Unfortunate. They used to be good.
- You know I checked the reviews again and it seems these guys have made a turn for the worse. I had used them before and had no issues withdrawing. I’ve gone to just withdraw now and they are trying to pull the document crap on me just like everyone else with a bad review. Very unfortunate they are running things this way. I wish more of these companies realized they could actually make a profit if they used legit business practices but they don’t and end up shutting down within 5 years. I’ve already withdrawn with them so it really doesn’t make sense why they want my documents again unless that’s how they get you now. Annoy you with the document process you say forget about it and they keep the cash. Very deceptive business practices no doubt.

- Best support ever my money took too long to get to my account and I contacted the support turned out I missed a document for my verification but when I sent it I got the money right away. They reply fast and are very nice.

- Used to play in a new site every weak now I only keep my account in Tortuga and another site (only for the Crash games). Never had an issue with deposits or cashing out my winnings for two years my game only crashed once. I get cool bonuses and don’t see a reason to change casinos.

- I done deposit had great bonus and I win nice amount of money. Went through verification process accepted very fast. And I done withdraw. Need wait for 2 days till they check. And after that I was waiting for other 7 days. But I received all withdrawals. I was reading all this reviews and I thought will be a big problems. But nothing like that happens.

Worst experience ever
- Worst experience ever! These people are incompetent and only want to scam you out of your winnings. I have submitted my documents to get my withdrawl but each and every time I sent my Drivers Licence they reject it. I check the pics every time and there is nothing wrong with them but Tortuga ALWAYS rejects them. This has been going on for 2 weeks! I contacted a supervisor and they are no help either! The document process is a joke and is not necessary for a e-transfer. Do not trust this site at all! I only played on this site once and will NEVER GO BACK! Nothing but problems!!

- Please help me with a situation I have with Tortuga Casino.I just started playing with them end of Dec 2022.On Dec 21 I made an interac deposit of $225.00 & a withdrawal of$1114.80 then they requested:1. front of govt photo id2. back of photo idea3. govt issued mail with address no later than 3 months old4. my bank deposit info.They would be approved then denied then approved and finally all approved.I was told I would receive my deposit in 2-8 days no deposit came.I would go into my account to chat & I would be told the same thingit will be 24 hours ... day after day.I woke up one morning to sign in & I couldnt! The message was I hadSELF-EXCLUDED!! this is a lie!
