AVOID THESE MISERLY GITS
- AVOID! Another cheap-ass casino that has a high charge for withdrawals which then take up to 6 days. If Im paying £2.50 for a withdrawal then it should be swift. There are many better online casinos that do not charge for withdrawals and they payout within hours.

False advertising & poor mobile experience
- I couldnt even play a game on their site for some reason - the mobile interface is terrible. It also get reverting to Spanish. After struggling just with navigating the site I no longer had confidence in Tradacasino. Therefore I decided to withdraw my funds without even playing only to then pay a £1 fee! The withdrawal fees are not advertised on their site (I certainly couldnt find it).To conclude I believe Tradacasino is an unscrupulous entity and is best avoided.

Dont trust the high rating
- Trustpilot needs to update reviews left for this company because the high 5 star ratings only refer to Trada when they were operated in Dublin. Back then they 100% were THE best casino on the internet. But since they transferred/sold all operations to Aspire Global International LTD its now one of the worst!The ratings no longer reflect what was once a great great casino.People dont trust the high rating score.

- They delay the payouts as much as they can requesting already uploaded documents the support agents are providing different answers to the same matter. I have multiple cashouts/withdrawals made between 3rd August and 6th August. They cleared the most recent withdraw and for the other payouts they said to wait. No timeframes no nothing. It has passed bit over one week and still nothing. The one star reviews are true stay away from this casino! Better spend your money elsewhere.

- Deposit £10. Added a promo code then the game wasnt working. Contacted Halyna at Customer support and they offered me £2.50 as an equivalent to 25 free spins of 25p each no wagering. - I deposited £10 expecting a free spin bonus to be awarded. I received no bonus and the live chat member informed me that my account was banned from the bonus. I therefore went to withdraw my funds only to discover that there is a £1 withdrawal fee. This is clearly a scam to take £1 from each new customer and should be looked into by the gambling commission.

- Dont even consider using this company. They make it purposely difficult to withdraw verify your identification or even talk to a competent member of staff. With the money that I did put in I got nothing back. Could be bad luck but I combined with the rest of my experience it wouldnt surprise me to find they have false RTP figures.Take my advice and use a more reputable company like sky or virgin.

- Worse online casino Ive ever used. Made a deposit because of a welcome offer. Didnt get the bonus and when complained was given a poor excuse. Won £30 from £10 deposit tried to withdraw. Deposited again the following day after getting an email promising 25 free spins when I deposit again deposited and didnt get the bonus. Another poor excuse given that there was a withdrawal pending so bonus didnt apply (why send me the email then). 10 days later still my withdrawal still pending. Contacted trada and after waiting 40 mins they tell me they need documents from me. Withdrawal is going to take 20+ days to arrive. Worse casino ever. Do not bother.

At bigging been fare..me playing then they been giving back a bit but since a while they took without giving anything back around 5200£ and after they added me limit on my account without any advance warning which means good bye to recover any loss. - I made a withdrawal for 400 on Sat 04 Jan. card details needed to be verified (fine) and email received from Trada on 08 Jan stating they can proceed with my cash out request. Takes 3-5 business days. Today is 16 January and still haven’t received money. Queried relentlessly about delay with both Chat and Email. Different responses given. Initially told it was approved on 12th Jan. then email received saying I was misinformed and it was processed on 08 Jan. chased again yday to be told was processed on 12 Jan but still waiting. Chat terminate message if keep asking for explanations. Conveniently times out! Customer service or complete lack of and withdrawal waiting times horrendous. This casino should be removed from Trust Pilot. I won’t ever be using them again if/when I eventually get my winnings paid!
