It is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission under license number 0000108 according topoint 17 of the Terms and Conditions but the homepage at the very bottom of the casino states something different:Trueluck is operated by YAKADEA SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA based in Costa Rica. It has been clearly stated by countless people including myself that we have sent multiple emails but never received any reply. In your responses to reviews you then suggest sending an email to support[AT]trueluck[DOT]com. What a brilliant idea!This only goes to show once again that Trueluck is absolutely terrible and so is its customer service. No one is taken seriously; complaints are ignored rather than handled. You pretend to be a trustworthy company with good customer service by replying to reviews but in reality you do absolutely nothing about them. You simply don’t care.If you truly wanted to help your players you would take the initiative to contact them directly. When posting reviews people are asked to include the email address linked to their Trueluck account. Or you could simply respond to the emails your players have already sent.
