Beware of underdog they are scammers
- I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Underdog Fantasy. I won big money on the app but suddenly out of nowhere they blocked my account. It feels like I’ve been scammed. When I lose money everything is fine but the moment I win big my account is locked without any explanation. Now all the money I won is gone and I can’t get a single answer or explanation from them. Reaching out to support is a nightmare—they take 30 business days just to respond and when they finally do their responses are completely unhelpful. They just waste your time replying every 5 hours with nothing useful. It’s honestly suspicious and I feel completely taken advantage of. Stay away from this app—if you win big they’ll just block your account and take your money.

Good luck getting your money
- Had underdogs for a month or two. Everything was going fine while I was losing and depositing more money but when I got a couple picks away from wining 10 grand on streaks I get an email saying account under review. The day I make my final pick they say I’m banned for collusion with no explanation. Bunch of skumbag chicken s*** lowlifes!

- Placed a 7-leg parlay and flexed it. Missed 1 and only get paid $32.58??? Seriously??? Im not sure how everyone else feels but Id rather lose then feel some kind a way about hitting 6 out of 7 and get $32 for the effort. If I didnt flex it and hit the entire 7-leg the payoff would have been $874.00? Really Underdog do better. See ya. Ill stick with Betr and Dabble. At least you know what youre getting if you win.

I wish I could give less than 1 star
- I wish I could give less than 1 star. The most disgusting vile company I have ever had to do business with. They messed up on their site and had the payouts saying one thing and only paid me out a significantly less amount (about 10%). They wouldnt give me any type of credit or refund and blatantly lied about the whole thing even though I have screenshots and video of what the payouts showed for my bets. I hope ever customer service person I talked to gets cancer in 2025. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated me.

- This company stole my 85 year old dads credit card. We think it was an employee of Underdog that is getting credit card numbers. They charged $8500 which ended up costing my dad over 10k with interest. Underdog refused to look at it and do the right thing. It has been disgusting dealing with their team. Lock these folks up.

- Awful third-party vendor called Interchecks. Once you win it takes up to 10 days for them to deposit your winnings! Prize Picks and others are less than 24 hours. Interesting that your money is taken from your account IMMEDIATELY but their Interchecks archaic system doesnt give you your payout for a week or more. Use another app like Prize Picks or Draft Kings if you want to get paid before you become a senior citizen!

- What was once a great idea and company has turned into a joke. Their PickEm offering is essentially a scam now - they have banned you from having any correlation whatsoever. The bigger best ball offerings are all lottery ticket contests. The app absolutely sucks - full of bugs and glitches that are detrimental to placing bets.
