Bad customer service and experience

• I have used multiple sports books such as DK FanDuel Fanatics and Hard Rock. Hard Rock is the only other company with service this bad. I was offered a 50% deposit match upon signing up. Upon deposit my money can not be withdrawn anymore. There was no “…” or “read here” anywhere on the deposit screen. I had to contact support and get them to refund my money manually and have them take away my “bonus bets.” There was another “bet $5 and get $75” offer too. This $75 bonus bet was taken from my account and support has been ruthlessly unforgiving. From hidden contingencies to support that is essentially an AI I cannot recommend this app or company to anyone unless you enjoy being ripped off.

• Underdog is complete garbage. You can never see your team when game is live . You can see your score but not the players and leader board points but no line up. Trash will cash out after best ball is over

• Has a wemby first quarter prop he doesn’t play a single second of the first quarter so you would think that’s a void right? Nope they counted it as a loss and did the exact sam as ROBBERY and robbed me of my money. • 1 is the best I can do for this site. I am currently dealing with an issue where they’ve lost two future bets having to do with the NFL playoffs. My drafts are no longer showing and they are offering no resolution at this time which means they have basically stolen money from me based on my entry fee.

• I can’t tell you how bad this company is and when I contacted them in it they stood by it. Heard about it in my sports radio station. Downloaded and deposited $250 into an account. Bet the cowboys for $100 last night to cover spread and win $103 dollars. Simple math right? Charged me $2 and change as processing fees. No problem. Problem is they kept my initial bet of $100 as a prediction fee. I made less than a dollar for a $100 winning bet. How Is this company still in business?

• Underdog is horrible in comparison to companies like Prizepicks. An example is the Reds game yesterday which was postponed until today because of weather. This occurred after less than one inning. Of course the starting pitchers could not continue the following day so Prizepicks properly handled it as a Reboot for those pitchers who each threw 18 pitches.Underdog said they were going to treat it as if the pitcher was pulled from the game after one inning. Underdog simply rips you off and refuses to consider anything to do with what occurred while Prizepicks handles things ethically and appropriately.You have a choice so avoid Underdog at all costs … they are crooks.

• I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Underdog Fantasy. I won big money on the app but suddenly out of nowhere they blocked my account. It feels like I’ve been scammed. When I lose money everything is fine but the moment I win big my account is locked without any explanation. Now all the money I won is gone and I can’t get a single answer or explanation from them. Reaching out to support is a nightmare—they take 30 business days just to respond and when they finally do their responses are completely unhelpful. They just waste your time replying every 5 hours with nothing useful. It’s honestly suspicious and I feel completely taken advantage of. Stay away from this app—if you win big they’ll just block your account and take your money.

• Had underdogs for a month or two. Everything was going fine while I was losing and depositing more money but when I got a couple picks away from wining 10 grand on streaks I get an email saying account under review. The day I make my final pick they say I’m banned for collusion with no explanation. Bunch of skumbag chicken s*** lowlifes!
