- At first it was okay—you lost you won. Thats what casinos are all about. But then the account lockouts started. My account was blocked from free spins and free cash forever. Should I play in a casino where I cant win? I lost €10000. Customer service is just writing. Unfortunately thats the decision we made and we cant change it. Why is my account blocked? - They blocked my account for no reason. When i got in touch they could not give me a valid reason and said it was a decision made by trading team. I can only assume i was not a profitable punter for them. They also took my money from my account £77 and refused to return it. Thieves of the highest calibre.
