- Absolutely awfully experience. I requested a withdrawal which was processing for 5 days. Then the funds got placed back into my account. I asked why and they claimed it was my bank. Before this I got told the funds are on the way. Please avoid at all costs. They work on a basis of taking as long as possible and rejecting withdrawals.

- Deposited about£100 won £250 so have requested a withdrawal yesterday October 30th 2025 of £100 but still processing after reading these reviews and now knowing it’s a Malta company I wonder if I will ever see this money I’ve been with Malta companies in the past the last one I tried to withdraw £1000 and they wanted bank statements to which I sent but blacked out all of my private bills and stuff and they rejected it because I had blacked out bits I spoke to my bank and they said that they do not need to see the other information and advised me not to show them so I didn’t and guess what? Yup you guessed it still to this day O haven’t received a penny and swore never to open a Malta site again and stupidly I have so will take another loss to Malta 😡 my advise research the companies and find out what country they are in because even when you put UK sites they some how still pop up SCAMMERS

- So I won £1000 on the 13th of October. I withdrew £500 on the 14th and £500 on the 15th. The one on the 14th was cancelled by them and they blamed my bank saying they rejected the payment. Then the one on the 15th completed on the 20th. They told me to wait an additional 3-5 working days for it to clear into my account. Its now been another week passed there time scale. I gave up trying to withdraw the other one so decided im going to just play it down to zero placing the highest stakes i could. I then won a jackpot of £16000. I tried to withdraw some of that. But again nothing. I decided to then research the company. I have found that they are operating without a licence there domain is registered in the Netherlands and is hosted by godaddy.com. They have no domain owners registered on the domain details and are also operating under a vpn. Essentially hiding. There used to be a another casino called vegashero registered in the uk under the UKGC but that one closed down. However this vegashero has added a 1 to the name in the Web address and bought the domain. The branding is the the same as the one that used to operate in the uk. There payments team apparently pay from the Czech Republic. They are also meant to display the licence at the footer of the website pages. If I knew this when signing up I would have completely avoided this casino. The online chat told me that the delays are a one off and its due to high demand. However the reviews prove otherwise. Its not high demand when youre not paying winnings. Its also very strange how they respond to the fake positive reviews but theres no replies to the negative reviews to defend what everyone is saying. Even if the positive reviews are genuine there most defiantly is not enough to warrant wasting your money or time with them. I see some people receive there payouts eventually. But only a handful of people. To me thats just a ploy to make it look like theyre genuine. Most definitely either fraudulent or completly incompetent at running a casino. If they ever pay my money I will update my review. But I genuinely believe I wont see a penny.

- Been waiting over 10 days for payout same excuses and BS given as other bad reviews no replies to emails AI chats with automated answers blaming other departments. If you are in UK contact UK Gambling Commission they have to abide by the licensing conditions and give a valid reason for not paying out in a reasonable time frame. The more complaints will hopefully stop their bending of the rules. They also do not offer and gambling safeguards which is also a breach.
