• I dont leave reviews on casinos but made the exception for this site after reading all the negative reviews. I saw a slot game on YouTube I liked the look of so googled it and this site was the first that popped up. As a new player to the site I got a matched deposit bonus which was decent. My £13 became £26 and I started playing. The site uses your own deposit before the bonus money but I didnt even get halfway through before the wins started rolling in. Gradually increased my stake and eventually ended up with £160 cash balance and £13 bonus. I had to go into the bonuses on my account and forfeit the £13 bonus money before being able to withdraw my £160 which wasnt an issue. I withdrew £160 it was approved and in my bank within the hour. My experience with this site may be a one off who knows. But it was positive and I will return. Thanks.

• This company lets you sign up without needing to prove whether or not you are a criminal and when you attempt to withdraw your winnings they treat you like a criminal. Other companies pay up no problem this one does not. They contradict their own terms and conditions at will and the Malta Gaming Authority doesnt seem interested in investigating them. Great Games Shocking Customer Service

• Great range of games easy to use site and a great app. I really enjoy their range of games. Withdrawals can be the same day but if they go into the review system it’s an arduous process. It’s difficult to understand how some are automatic and others are sent into the process. Customer service is one of the poorest out there. Very scripted very matter of fact and rarely have a personalised approach. There is little point in contacting Live Chat.
