• After winning 7000 euros and sending all relevant documents to get the withdrawal waiting longer than they said I ended up going back on it and losing 4600 so I collected 2400 euros to be finally told that I’m only allowed to collect 510 euros (less than the amount I put in) pretty much told me to suck it up buttercup. I withdrew it and the system let me do so as I had satisfied all of the bonus gaming requirements.They then after a week only sent me £200. • Harmful to those with gambling restrictions.Ive gambled with this site successfully for a few years never had an issue withdrawing although their verification process is quite lengthy.Ive decided I no longer want to gamble so have placed restrictions on my bank account and use services like GamStop to reduce my temptation.This is the only site Ive come across where theyre somehow able to circumvent my banks restrictions. When I spoke to my bank and asked why I was told that they rely on companies using the correct merchant codes to be able to identify the transaction as gambling. Clearly this site is intentionally falsifying their merchant codes for this very reason. When their live support was made aware of this I was told I am sorry but these are all false accusations I closed permanently your account take care we do not work with gamestop.My account was instantly deleted.I also find their claim that they dont work with GamStop to be hilarious since its specifically mentioned on their Responsible Gambling page.

• Took money from bank but said transaction declined. A week later they said our mistake and credited my account. It just happened again and this time they are denying all knowledge I just had to report transaction as fraud!

• Since early April21 I used online gambling Vegas Wild site and I won! Great My first win was £1000+. I withdraw the £1000 and play some more. I then won and won until I had around £3600.I completed all the requirements they asked signed sheets sent ID etc. Then 2 weeks no money! They kept reassuring me it was on way. 4 weeks no money Oh your Bank have rejected the payment and sent it back (Details all correct and the money did not go back in to the site account). Never have I heard this before! But hey maybe they are right. Bank says no! No payment received or returned! Vegas wild said they have sent it again and here is an extra payment foe £1600 to cover the issues! THREE MONTHS! and still no payments from them. KEEP away! Then I get cheeky emails saying I was in the wrong and being too greedy! Wrong! you failed to pay up KEEP AWAY.
