- Very stupid Casino. I made a deposit of 500 SEK and authomatically received 500 SEK bonus without even asking for it. I played and played and won something but I could only withdraw the 500 SEK I deposited! It said all the time 99.9% left I played and played and it said 99.7% left. 99.6% left until you can get your bonus! I dont want your bonus! The money I won was counted on the bonus money???? I dont need the headache! Folk this casino is not worth it! I blocked myself permanently! Lets go somewhere else!

- I have now tried for days to withdraw money from this scammy site. I remember Vera&John for being a casino with good customer service but these days they are just ignorant and dont give a damn about their customers.I have a problem typing in the bank information. Every time it wont let me type in the information to get the withdrawal through. Customer service are just saying the problem is not at their end but it has to be.I write in the same information at other casinos with absolutely no problems what so ever.So be warned! These people have no intention paying winning customers.

- hello everyone if you play vera&john I want to warn you about fraudulent behavior when they dont pay out money and dont communicate with you at all without you breaking their rules. Ill give you an example... I requested a withdrawal on 11/06/2024. It happened twice they returned to the game as unpaid and when I wrote to them by email I did not receive any reply. They have a blocked chat and you cant even send an email from the help page.. Wrote I have contacted them every day until today and I have not received any answer. I dont think about the money anymore I dont want it. But I want to warn everyone not to play VJ you will be robbed. This is no longer a casino where they pay out winnings quickly. If you can spread this message so that no one else comes across it

- Worst swedish casino out there. I deposited 100 kr and got to play with 200 free spins. I played abit and decided to get rid of the bonus and take out the money. More than 12 hours later and still nothing.When i tried to login it said i got ”blocked” and should contact support.Contacted chat and got told they need to come back to me by email.Matilda had no answer for me and acted like a bot.Probably got insulted and cried about it aswell.Lucky it was only 100 kr.Dont spend time on this shi*ty casino. :)

- I really enjoyed this casino.I did all verifikation They asked for and i had set limits. All of sudden They close my account.I asked why. They said cuz you have debths.How do They know or even What does That have to do with anything lots of people have loans and debths. Then i got No further explanation. Why do we have set limits if these arent enough? I find it to be a form of abuse this..

- The company running this casino is poor at best we have had verajohn for some time in Denmark but without warning they are closing down the casino for our country.They dident feel like it was importen enough to inform us about it at all one day you log on and all your coins/points that you might have had in your account is just gone shop option gone and the only reason i know they are closing down is because i sendt a mail to them asking where my points where and what happend to the shop just got a reply saying they are closing and that was pretty much it.The verajohn website is still up for Danes and you can still play untill tomorrow 5/2-19 when they plan to close it and there has still not been any emails or any info in news about it on the website.Its such a poor way to run a company so let this be a warning to others who are thinking about trying this casino they truely dont give a F about the costumers.
