• I had a very disappointing experience with this casino.I won 11000 in a competition and nowhere in the rules or terms was it clearly stated that the prize would be paid as bonus funds rather than real withdrawable money. I participated in good faith believing I was competing for real money only to later discover that the winnings were issued as bonus funds with wagering requirements. There is a huge difference between bonus money and real money and this should be clearly disclosed in the competition rules.The situation became even more frustrating when I tried to meet the wagering requirements. I experienced restrictions that prevented me from continuing to play the game needed to complete the wagering. I have now been unable to access the game for six days.During this time I have contacted support several times to report that I am blocked but I have not received any meaningful help or resolution.I originally believed this casino was reputable and trustworthy which makes this experience even more disappointing. I sincerely hope the casino will review this situation and resolve it fairly because right now the experience feels misleading and very poorly handled.

Fair bonus terms and easy to use site.Never had a problem with them regarding deposits general play or withdrawals.Ive even been slick and deposited only to withdraw within a few spins as I hit big and still they make no problems... • Very stupid Casino. I made a deposit of 500 SEK and authomatically received 500 SEK bonus without even asking for it. I played and played and won something but I could only withdraw the 500 SEK I deposited! It said all the time 99.9% left I played and played and it said 99.7% left. 99.6% left until you can get your bonus! I dont want your bonus! The money I won was counted on the bonus money???? • I have now tried for days to withdraw money from this scammy site. I remember Vera&John for being a casino with good customer service but these days they are just ignorant and dont give a damn about their customers.I have a problem typing in the bank information. Every time it wont let me type in the information to get the withdrawal through. Customer service are just saying the problem is not at their end but it has to be.I write in the same information at other casinos with absolutely no problems what so ever.So be warned! • hello everyone if you play vera&john I want to warn you about fraudulent behavior when they dont pay out money and dont communicate with you at all without you breaking their rules. Ill give you an example... I requested a withdrawal on 11/06/2024. It happened twice they returned to the game as unpaid and when I wrote to them by email I did not receive any reply. They have a blocked chat and you cant even send an email from the help page.. Wrote I have contacted them every day until today and I have not received any answer. • The company running this casino is poor at best we have had verajohn for some time in Denmark but without warning they are closing down the casino for our country.They dident feel like it was importen enough to inform us about it at all one day you log on and all your coins/points that you might have had in your account is just gone shop option gone and the only reason i know they are closing down is because i sendt a mail to them asking where my points where and what happend to the shop just got a reply saying they are closing and that was pretty much it.The verajohn website is still up for Danes and you can still play untill tomorrow 5/2-19 when they plan to close it and there has still not been any emails or any info in news about it on the website.Its such a poor way to run a company so let this be a warning to others who are thinking about trying this casino they truely dont give a F about the costumers.
