Thieves and scammers
- Worst site ever. They do not pay winnings instead they keep you in a loop with ID request constantly asking for it resent. Thank god I only spent £5. I would never touch this site if Id had read these reviews first. Do not use this site. Read up on them first.

Avoid Vernons they do things like block your debit card without your permission.
- Vernons are now in the Philippines. Have you read online how corrupt their gambling system is? It gets better. Vernons casino which isnt even rated on here seemed okay. However after me complaining again because a member of staff stopped me using my debit card on their site. She hadnt read my emails knew nothing about me or the fact that Ive deposited £4000 with them.. Do you know how much Ive got back? Not even 40%. Its disgraceful. Most of them you at least break even. Hey on some casinos Ive actually won more than Ive deposited. Vernons is the same week in week out. Because when I had trouble with them they gave me some compensation over members of staff taking the michael when it all went wrong again recently theyve done everything they can to avoid sorting it out. For example when you deposit on Bingo or Casino its two seperate things. You get a bonus then dont win a penny its nil and void. Nope theyve changed the rules I did a perfect ten bonus on casino which means you get a tenner to play with as a bonus. However Ive met the playthrough twice now and its made no difference. Now I find out that I deposited in Bingo and when I played the fruit machines and won the money was disappearing from my account. I didnt get it and fired off loads of emails asking what the hell is going on. Then I find my winnings from BINGO have been converted to bonus money for the Casino. Which has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE EVER. So I complained and got the most pathetic email Ive ever received totally skating around the issues and after I decided to deposit a fiver to see what was going on and gather evidence for Dispatches the investigative TV program about corruption within the gambling community based in the Philippines. Its rife. Their government turn a blind eye so basically youre screwed. I like some of the staff dont get me wrong some have been good great in fact but if you check out my review of the bingo they get one star and they actually sorted it out and my review was once positive. Not anymore. I mean stopping me using my Debit card then when I tried to use it on other sites I couldnt!! What gives a company the right to do that. I told you didnt I? If you kick up a fuss at getting used and tell them they use the I think you should have a time out etc. then blocked my blooming debit card. Who gives a company on the other side of the world the right to do that? Theyll probably throw T & Cs at you. NO chance it wont work. I gave them chance after chance to sort this out. My latest email is a load of rubbish and doesnt explain why my deposit for bingo went into casino BONUS. And LISTEN TO THIS THEY SIGNED IT SUPERVISOR. IF THAT DOESNT SAY THEYRE HIDING SOMETHING I DONT KNOW WHAT DOES.

This company meant something now theyre just plain rubbish.
- Oh dear God how I despair about this lot. I really do. Over the years Ive played at Vernons bingo since they opened. They had horrible software that never worked but nonetheless I supported them because Vernons pools was a really good company and was based in the town I grew up in. Product placement and loyalty. Well what a joke they are now. Im up to email number 17 when it come to complaining to them. I used to get a response. A member of staff took exception to me and told me to go to another site if I didnt like it. I was amazed. Since then Ive been ignored insulted and I used to get a bonus every week. A deposit bonus. Now I dont even get my pound in my account on Friday. Ive tried and tried to talk to them but not one of my emails has been answered. I cant believe that Ive not had a bonus for years not had a reply from complaints department or ordinary support. All this from a member of staff who took it upon themselves to protect the company. I often get threatened with being banned now from bingos when I argue or question their software. They use that ridiculous when the fun stops STOP Yeah alright its for your own good. If you question their debateable customer service or software they seem to think youre too emotional and should be banned AMAZING CO-INCIDENCE EH? Sky did it to me saying my DOB is wrong. I didnt do it a member of staff did it. See my review of them. Not the only one either. I complained because money had gone missing from my account when a game malfunctioned and my free spins werent in my account yet again. They even lied about how much I had to playthrough saying I had to spend in excess of twenty pounds to get the bonus. Funny really considering they said I only spent £16. Nope I deposited £20 so how could I not have met the criteria. Virtue fusion again. But nevertheless Vernons are now rubbish like most of the Virtue fusion Playtech sites out there. They take take take and dont give at all. The money Ive spent with them I should be treated far better than I am. I even wrote to Vernons CEO but was ignored. It proves how poor their customer service is. I mean they got nasty over the bonuses. I asked to be put on their mailing list and nothing has happened. This is a year now that this has gone on. Still no bonuses no mailing list no nothing. I know I shouldnt play on it but I being the type of person I am was loyal to the brand. Not any more. Now its based in the Philippines so not a hope in hell of getting anything done. Their CEO is ignorant and doesnt care. What these people in their expensive cars and ridiculous wealth dont realise its people like us that made them rich in the first place. Just because gambling is addictive doesnt mean they wont lose customers in droves. There are far more superior sites appearing all over the place where they care about you. And they pay you quicker now. Vernons still take a week. Awful certainly not the market leaders anymore considering the appalling way I get treated and others too not surprising really is it? SHAME ON YOU VERNONS BINGO. You took the name of an excellent company and have turned it into nothing. Shame on you.
